Everyone was friendly & helpful, explaining everything, answering questions. Only took once to put IV in which is really good, Dr. Dasher came in & talked to me before procedure & afterwards plus spoke to my husband. Procedure to me was like a great nap. Hoping now that tests were done I can get surgery done if doctor will take care of it hopefully. Also hope what they did with procedure to find out what was going on with stretching esophagus helps also. Thanks again to everyone there that was there for me.

My experience was ideal for me. The professional staff was awesome. They recognized me, a veteran. Someone who struggles occasionally with anxiety and depression. They spent time speaking with me. Their intuitive care and concern helped me to relax. All in alI, I felt very confident about the procedure. There have been no complications. Thanks be to God, I was preferred and excepted for treatment.

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I received my prescription for my prep and the co-pay was over $70, so I called and requested the golyte prep which had a zero copay. The staff was very accommodating with my request. Dr. Cochran was very professional and the staff at the hospital was great as well. Would definitely recommend.

They got me into my appointment early and I really appreciated not having to sit in a waiting room, but once in my own appointment I quickly realized it's mostly because Dr Miller took no time with his patients at all. Completely sped through the process and left me feeling whiplash without explaining the medication or taking the time to listen to me- on a few occasions even cutting me off or making incorrect assumptions. He wasn't exactly rude or mean but it was far from an educational or comforting experience.

Dr. Michael Phillips and the entire staff are exceptional! Dr. Phillips is kind and very thorough, and ensures you are fully informed. The whole staff - from checking in to prep to procedure support to recovery - are simply excellent. I always felt comfortable and knew I was taken care of. Thank you all for such a pleasant experience.

My experience at this facility was great from beginning to end. The office staff were friendly and accommodating. Every one of the medical associates were amazing. My intake nurse was friendly and professional, the anesthesiologist was friendly and very informative. He was open to answer any of my questions and address any of my concerns. The associates in the procedure room as well as the doctor had exceptional bedside manner.
They treated me as of my comfort was a true priority for them. Can I honestly say I enjoyed my visit for a medical procedure? Yes, I can. I highly recommend this facility and when given a choice, I'd choose it again.
