I recently chgd insurance and went to see Dr hadland for a swollen left eye lid. He looked at my iron prescribed a eyedrops to apply three times a day. I did that for several weeks and the eyelid is still swollen so they referred me to Dr. Billings. I went to him twice and he told me to keep taking the eyedrops and it's been over six weeks and my eyelid is still swollen when I called back to first physicians they do not have any ophthalmologist in their practice? Therefore since two doctors have not addressed the issue properly apparently I would not recommend first physicians

My pregnant wife has been going to the prenatal division on 1921 Waldemere st Suite 307 since she got pregnant and seeing Dr. Somer who has been great in person and over the phone. Her receptionists on the other hand, inconsiderate and rude. Specifically Robin, for example, we had been into see Dr. Somer and her nurse forgot order her 19 weeks ultra sound so we were told the company Maternal Fetal Medicine will be in contact us to schedule it(No big deal).

They said to call Dr. Somers/ first physician s office if we have not heard from Maternal Fetal Medicine by Friday(Sounds good). No call by Friday so call First Physicians back. This is when we get ahold of "Robin". We tell her the situation and she goes "why didn't you call Maternal Fetal Medicine yourself?". So we express to her that we were never told to do so and were not given the phone number.

She goes "You should've googled it."? "Your order is ready call them". Thanks for your help Robin like we said we were told they would contact us and the call into you guys if not. We will gladly change OB offices if you are gonna make snobby remarks to my pregnant wife (Someone please retrain this lady in customer service)

I've always had excellent care at First Physicians on Waldemere. From primary Dr Humbarger to gynecologist Dr Gard. The front desk and phone support team are also great. Teresa kindly called me back when our call was dropped.

I was notified they are no longer seeing sick patients. I ended up paying a huge sum for urgent care that my insurance doesn't pay for to be seen by an MD for an infection I had. How outrageous. This was after ending up at Tampa General last year because Dr. Workman was out of town and they would not let me see another doctor there. I explained I had a fever for an unknown reason and to please call me back. Days later I got a voicemail which the girl said "Here's you call back." They could care less about anyone. I don't know how they are still open.

When you are there it's great. Dr Varga is great. Receptionist is horrible! Phone wait times are horrendous and when they finally answer, they hang up on you! I will be changing facilities

First Physicians Group and their specialists through them They treat people as if their care and welfare do not matter as if you are suddenly placed, no fault of your own on medicaid. It was so obvious when I had " good" insurance that the care I received was different. Unless you have the means and bank account to support their superior mentality and narcasistic staff then otherwise you receive care that is curt, rude, disrespectful and quite frankly quick and terrible.

They should all be ashamed of themselves and perhaps a cleansing in group staff meetings is necessary so that the group is aware and enlightened that individuals on Medicaid don't necessarily choose to be on it, rather a life changing medical problem put them on it and extenuating circumstances as well. We are deserving of "good" health care and should be treated as anyone else, respectfully, timely, with compassion.

I recently had a heart valve replacement by Dr Hoffberger, It couldn't have worked out better for me. This kind of major surgery and I was back working in 6 days. Tuesday surgery, back in my office chair working the following Monday, just simply amazing. Special thanks to the nurses, whom I pestered my first few days home!

Worse people and professionals you can ever see work at this office. Starting from front desk to the unprofessional doctors. I could name inumerous reasons. But these people wants your money and Nothing else. They ignore you, they don't listen to you. Don't call you back to update you. And doctor Montoya is the worse doctor I have ever met. Surprised with his lack of knowledge and only looks for money.
