If you love places that waste your time, this is the place for you. I wanna preface this by saying I've been here before and had a great experience but it's clear the front facing staff has gotten a massive downgrade. Came in one day to get an x-ray. When I requested the scans, they said they are available online. Checked online, they weren't. I called, and the woman on the phone said that they aren't available online, which is the opposite of what I was told.
They tell me I need to request it and go in person. I go, the blonde woman at front with the sparkly mask, who has her mask down, by the way, tells me again they are available online. Frustrated, I attempt to tell her they aren't and she is misinformed. She again tells me they are they are just in holding. Again, I say, no they are not. I finally get her to the point where she says that I would have to request them.
She tells me I'm yelling, which I absolutely was not, and tells me to sit down, and doesn't take my ID. Under her breath she says she doesn't service people who are rude, very professional! She later requests my information and she says they gave me a CD with my x-rays, which they didn't, and continues to say they did. I say I wouldn't be here if they did. They charge me 15 dollars and finally give me my xray. Suffice to say, this place has pretty awful front desk staff. And doesn't care about security protocol. Cool place!

They are not serious. clients pay the consequences of the mistakes of those who work there and their policies that only ensure economic profit. The day before the appointment instead of calling to confirm, they call to cancel and reschedule the appointment for 3 weeks later, the same waiting time as when you requested your appointment for the first time.
Just informing you that whoever assigned you the appointment 3 weeks ago scheduled more appointments than those available. They take advantage of changing the day after receiving the insurance approval because they know that it is difficult to get a new approval for the patient in record time. They schedule you a false date of availability and then once they have the approval they call you to reschedule the real date. They don't care about your condition or the urgency of your exam. This is just a shell of something pretty, empty inside.
