Check in with the receptionist at the blue desk on the first floor who will direct you to the registration area. Please be aware that patient exams may take a few hours, especially if you are a new patient or require photographs or other tests. In addition, your appointment may require you to have your eyes dilated.

Prior to this appointment and seeing Dr. Bahl 2 weeks prior to this appointment, I made the co-payment on line. Because the payment was NOT yet posted on their end which could be due to the lack of employees, I am not sure. They were stating I can't see a doctor until I make the prior payment (which was paid). I prefer not to make a co-payment till AFTER service, due to you may have to leave and then you'll never get your co-pay back.
It was an unnecessary scene about receiving the copay since I was a long standing patient of 35 yrs. Because of the aforementioned, along with Dr. Mark Juczyk not washing his hands, wearing gloves or utilizing sanitizer, especially during this "pandemic", and then putting his hands in my face, the tech who lied stating I "pushed" their equipment, I have SWITCHED my services. That visit was Horrible!

PERVIOUSLY i had not been happy at all. yesterday i was there and it was great. there was a resident--i cant remember his name darn it!-anyway he caught a retinal tear that was just beginning. he put a "lattice corral" around it. he was so very kind and professional at the same. he explained mostly everything. he works with dr. yogi(cant say or spell her name lol) if he hadnt caught that tear i could have easily gone blind in that eye! the only thing is i asked for print out of what they diagnosed and what the tx plan was but they never gave it to me. HE WAS GREAT! dr yogi is good too. send me a print out if u see this!

I woke up one morning completely blind out of my right eye. My dr sent me to kresge and after 4 surgeries and almost a year of recovery i can now see shapes and colors and even read a little. They are always great to me, they remember my name everytime, and explained everything as it happened. They basically saved my life because waking up blind like 100% blind is extremely scary and i contemplated suicide. They got me into a support group for people with my condition. Im only 35! They are my angels. Stupid Detached Retina

I absolutely love the security at the front! Yolanda is so nice and she makes for such a great beginning to a sad subject. My boyfriend has been suffering from a viral infection in his eye and it's been a lot of suffering. It's nice to walk into a possibly painful appointment and just have such amazing energy at the front, gives me hope! Thank u Yolanda so much

I will never come to this establishment again. I came because I was referred by a family memeber. I came to the walk in clinic around 11a.m. for an emergency I was having with my eyes. I was told to go back to the waiting room and listen for my name to be called. After doing so I began to notice that the room went from being extremely filled to almost being empty.
After about an hour I asked how come everyone who came after me has been seen. The lady who told me she was a supervisor named Tanisha expressed she didn't know why my name wasn't called. She said she went to give them my information because they didn't have it in the back. She wasn't apologetic and appeared to have cared less.
I really didn't get any answers and I am still waiting watching everyone who came after me be called. I am very frustrated and disappointed with my experience at this establishment. I don't care how awesome the doctors are take my word for it their customer service is garbage. My experience was beyond frustrating and disappointing.
