Cabrini Clinic provides a holistic approach toward meeting the primary health care needs of economically disadvantaged residents of Southwest Detroit and beyond. We serve those who fall through the medical-social safety net and help them connect with basic resources. We offer education, prevention, and treatment without charge, but with deep compassion and respect for the people we serve and their needs.

We are not an Urgent Care center. If you are experiencing chest pain, shortness of breath, uncontrollable bleeding, or other medical emergency, go to the nearest Emergency Room or dial 911!. Monday: No visits. Office is open for appointment scheduling, medication pickup, and refill requests from 9am-2pm.
Meijer, Walmart, or Kroger gift cards to support fulfillment of prescriptions that we cannot provide on-site. Bequests, or gifts from estates, have helped shape Cabrini Clinic into one of the most powerful means for doing good in Detroit. We have Trinity Community Services foundation, the Sr. Mary Ellen Endowment Fund and St. Frances Cabrini Clinic of Most Holy Trinity Church set apart for planned gifts to America's oldest free clinic.

One time they forgot to put the date on my prescription paper i didnt get my meds until 3 days later.then another day i waited an hour for my prescription at the clinic wen i told them they said the doctor forgot to put the info on the computer.today i went at 9 am to gey my meds n they said its not the computer the doc told me itll b there by 7 pm. It seems like they dont care
