Upon completing individualized goals, patients may transition into weight maintenance, with the knowledge of nutrition and exercise requirements, as well as behavioral modification strategies that can help you manage your weight for the long term. You will receive new information at this point that is specific to your lifestyle, and you may at this point have your metabolic resting rate re-measured.
Nu-Living's HCG Diet is an innovative, physician assisted, speedy weight and metabolism correction program. It combines a safe, modern, scientifically valid, modified protein sparing very low calorie spectrum of diets (variable VLCD) with enhanced nutrient fortification and the safe use of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin hormone (HCG) to promote maintenance of lean muscle tissue and loss of dangerous, excess body fat while maintaining vitality and significantly curtailing hunger.
Every year after age 25, our organs produce fewer hormones, which are molecules your body makes to give signals to your cells for a variety of health-maintaining functions. Both men and women have the same hormones, although in different ratios, and therefore both are at risk for hormonal deficiencies and imbalances.
Bioidentical hormone replacement isn't just for women. Over time, hormones decline gradually in men and need to be replaced or rebalanced to relieve symptoms and to optimize your health and wellness. Testosterone is the main hormone that decreases as men age, resulting in andropause, or the "male menopause."

This organisation is a disgrace if I could give zero stars I would. Fobbed off for 8 years over outstanding defects. They continually blame failures on service delivery on their contractor Axis who are never held accountable. Issues range from minor defects to major issues such as leaking interiors and dangerously high building temperatures due to a faulty ventilation system that 8 years on remains unfixed. It is my intention to make sure Havering Council never award a contract to this group of charlatans ever again.

Absolute disgrace of a company. I've had problems since the day I moved in nearly 4 years ago which still have not been resolved. I currently have water leaking in my living room and causing damp which has been like this for the last 6months and yet nobody takes this seriously. Still waiting for this 'design defect ' to be resolved. For your own peace of mind and sanctity, avoid at all costs.

Please feel free to contact me directly for more information or evidence of how you are treated once you purchase a home from nu living. 9 months on since this post and I'm still living in the same condition.

I am so sad for the circumstances around the reason for leaving this review. I am equally as angry at myself for not reading reviews earlier. Everything stated on these reviews is true to what I have experienced. There is only one person who is worth dealing with Naomi Kingham and the only reason I have given them 2 stars instead of one. My completion date has been moved month on month since March. Whilst I appreciate there are circumstances around this which cannot be helped and out of the developers control, it is really difficult to firstly ever reach anybody, and when you finally do you're told one thing on the phone and another by written communication.

This has understandably left me feeling extremely frustrated and as I'm sure the same for many others awaiting completion. I then (understandably) sent an email expressing my frustrations of the situation at a whole and Jason Ready replied in a very discourteous manner. I asked for all communication between myself and Swan Nu Living to be by email only so all conversations are documented as I feel I have been lied to on several occasions, his response was our only communication will go via a legal channel.

How is that supposed to make me feel as first time buyer, someone who put my holding deposit down in November 2018 with move in anticipated for March 2019 and exchanged contracts in February 2019 to now be STILL awaiting clarity of completion with September 2019 quickly approaching?! And instead of offering an apology for crossed messages they and their team have given me I was held accountable?

I have tried to call to find out who I can escalate my complaint to and cannot reach the customer care team, the sales team or even the operator! I would advise to avoid (especially if you're a first time buyer). I'm really upset that I feel this way or have had to write this review as I fell in love with the apartment itself and was so excited to receive my keys.that excitement is quickly diminishing. EDIT 02/12/2019 So we are still awaiting a completion date 9 months later, according to their last update this was due 30/11/2019!

No communication from Nu Living and no anticipated handover date, no response to email chasers from any of the buyers, changed from 2 stars to 1 due to the incompetence and lies - reading the reviews below, this is not an isolated case! Apparently "minor works" are required for sign off of the building from London Fire Brigade and NHBC - and they only just discovered this a week after receiving the report! *roll my eyes* no information as to what failed, what these works are or even an estimated time to complete said work!

Perhaps the worst company currently on the property market. Impressive designs on paper un-liveable houses?! Charming until they get you hooked. Customer service below zero, architectural knowledge below zero. After faults become apparent and situation tangled they treat clients like it was their fault. Do a deep research before you commit. However, as tempting and promising it is whatever they offer I strongly advise to avoid any involvement with Nu Living.

Hi Nish, I am with you on this and many more. I have received the worst possible service and collectively Jason and the rest of the people from this team have been very disappointing, I took an offer to say good things about Swan NU Living, and put my name and face to there business in the The Metro well clearly I am going to contact the papers and retract my experience and what good things I have had to say about the process I am very upset and clearly need further action taken against this business and the way they behave. Talking to me in a patronizing behavior and think I am some peasant. Fazan Mustafa

Avoid this organisation at all costs. Had a terrible experience at their 360 Barking development which left me over 1500 out of pocket and caused 12 months of stress. Poor service, poor communication and I can't speak for other flats but the quality of the finish that I witnessed was below standard. I only give them 1 star because I have to.

The worst customer experience we have ever faced. Completion on our new home is 9 months delayed and nobody within the organisation seem to care. They are failing to provide details on why the property has been delayed and are refusing to provide a timeline of the particulars surrounding these delays. The entire sales team from Sales Progression Manager, to Head of Sales and Director of Sales have lied throughout the process but these lies are soon to be exposed for everyone to see. Stay away from these cowboys, you'll regret not taking this advice.

NU Living is owned by Swan Housing Association. My experience with Swan Housing Association, is the organisation is dishonest and disorganised. There are some good people working within the organisation, but they don't stay, and move on quickly. In the past, Swan Housing Association was downgraded by the Housing Regulator for deliberately falsifying documents in a bid to secure 50m in grants before it was entitled to them. Google it to find out more information. Swan Housing tried to swindle myself and neighbours for thousands of pounds.

We went to court. The court awarded myself and a neighbour 58,000. If you wish to read the judgement here's the case reference numbers: LON/00BG/LSC/2014/0524 & LON/00BG/LSC/2014/0525. Court: First-Tier-Tribunal-Property Chamber. Date of Decision: 27 April 2015. Swan Housing has been named and shamed in a parliamentary Early Day Motion. MP, George Galloway, submitted the motion regarding residents dissatisfaction. on June 11th 2009.

To read this EDM visit the Parliament UK website. Swan Housing doesn't care about safety either. We've had faulty block lighting since 2008, lights that go off for weeks, the last outage was for five weeks. Residents are forced to walk down pitch-black stairwells, and fumble around in the dark to find the door exit button. Plus, no one can read the fire exit signs in the dark.

I feel extremely sorry for our elderly residents who fear falling down the stairs when the lights go out. Swan Housing featured in the BBC One, TV programme, ' Don't Get Done Get Dom'. Residents suffered health issues inhaling Carbon Dioxide & Carbon Monoxide. Swan Housing's repair and caretaking service is dreadful. Swan gets away with it because you can't change the provider. Swan spent five months repairing my roof, and during that time I had leaks into 4 rooms. Unless something drastically changes, like the Chair & CEO are removed, I would never purchase a home from NU Living or Swan Housing Association.

Worst experience for first time buyer like me. we visited Blackwall reach in Feb 2019 and really liked sample flats. Sales team told us that building will be ready by early April 19 and that's only time when they can show us actual flat.we decided to go ahead with contract exchange keeping April start or April end completion in mind however in April they changed dates from early April to mid April and later to May without giving exact or tentative dates.sales team don't have any idea abt development and when contacted them in May every time we got ans is that within 2-3 days completion will be done. later they told us that now completion will be done by early June again no dates or estimates.

When contacted in June we got another delay and no timeframe defined for completion.they really don't understand that most of first time buyers are tenants and has to give 2 months of notice.
