I searched for several plastic surgeons in the DMV area and finally decided to go to APSC for a consultation for breast augmentation. My friend also highly recommended this place so I said why not. I'm very happy with the consult and feel confident to schedule surgery with them. Everyone was professional and hospitable, made me feel comfortable, and answered all my questions. My revision surgery experience with Dr. Economides and the staff at Advanced Plastic Surgery Center has been amazing. I wasn't expecting a whole lot after having bad experiences with two previous plastic surgeries as well as with plastic surgeons' offices in general. First off, the staff at other plastic surgery practices I've been to has mostly consisted of gaggles of inauthentic, overly friendly barbie dolls with robotic personalities, all of whom seem to do little more than hand out price estimate folders.
The staff at Advanced Plastic Surgery Center were the complete opposite, and genuinely made me feel welcome from the beginning, instead of creeped out and uncomfortable. At my consultation, Alycia immediately made me feel comfortable with her great sense of humor, warm personality, and excellent folder handing out abilities. Gianna was always incredibly kind and is a very skilled nurse, which made me feel like I was in good hands at every appointment.
I was also blown away by how friendly, laid back, and humble Dr. Economides was. Sadly, this is a rare combination of traits for a surgeon of any specialty, especially plastics. Unlike the previous plastic surgeons I saw, Dr. Economides made an effort to fully understand what my desired outcome was, and made me feel like my input mattered. By combining his surgical expertise with actual knowledge of my goal, he was able to achieve my desired result when other surgeons couldn't.
I can honestly say that Dr. Economides is not only the best plastic surgeon, but best doctor of any specialty that I've ever been under the care of. What ultimately set this practice apart for me was everyone's willingness to go the extra mile for patients. I saw this firsthand when I experienced a post-op complication due to my plethora of other medical issues while Dr. Economides happened to be out of the area.
Within minutes of calling the office, Alycia and Gianna arranged for Dr. Munasafi to see me later that day. After treating me, Dr. Munasafi went out of his way to ensure I got a same-day appointment with a specialist at VHC. As soon as Dr. Economides returned, Brittany called multiple hospitals and surgery centers to find an open OR slot. The entire time, Dr. Economides constantly checked on me, and directly answered any concerns I had no matter the time of day. Finally, Alycia went completely above and beyond for me more times than I can count throughout this whole ordeal. She truly exemplifies what all "patient care" coordinators should strive to be. If I ever need/want another procedure, I would not for a second consider going anywhere else.

DR. MUNASIFI was my doctor in 1996, since Then l haven't seen him. When l called for some information and consultation everybody in the office was very helpful, polite and friendly. I have recommended him to all my friends since Then. I was very happy to see him after 27 years. I will go back to him again.

Dr. James Economides is an excellent Doctor, very professional and he really take time to listen and answer any questions. I'm very satisfied with my surgery Dr. Economides and his Medical Assistants are amazing, I will have another surgery by the end of the year with the same awesome Doctor I strongly recommend Doctor James Economides he's excellent surgeon. ***Just had my second procedure, Neck lift surgery January 2022, with Dr. Economides and Dr. Munasifi the result is phenomenal, they did a fantastic work, I never expected it would look so good, they're truly the Best, ( before&after photos taken in office). Strongly recommend this amazing surgeons.

Dr. E and his staff were wonderful! From beginning to the end. Dr. E is very knowledgeable and has amazing bed side manner. His whole team including Brittany and Gianna made me feel at ease and were always available for any questions U may have had. Dr. E is FANTASTIC! Had my transconjunctival blepharoplasty (lower eyelid) surgery a few weeks ago, and while I'm still slightly swollen (mainly in the mornings) which is to be expect, I'm sooo happy with the results I'm seeing.he really did an amazing job. The staff is professional, nice and accommodating as well. If you need a little (or a lot) of work done, this is the place to go.

Dr. Munasifi and his team are the kindest and most professional dermatologists and doctors imaginable. I have seen Dr. M for years and am always more than moved by his gentle manner and also by the way he Always Always Always takes so much time to visit with me and ask about my personal life. And he is Never superficial; this is a man who Remembers things about you and your family and health etc that Matter to you.
You might not see him for months and yet he treats you as if you are his family; he asks you about situations you were going through the last time you saw him. Amazing man. But. none of these wonderful extra benefits are why you are there. So let me add that he also is a pro in all areas of treatment. I have never had major procedures done and cannot speak to them.however, his reviews are excellent in those areas and I Can say that for minor things I have been very happy with his work. It's Me only better :
