An allergy is a reaction to a substance in a manner different from the ordinary person. For example, while most people can enjoy eggs without any adverse effects, a person with an egg allergy would experience symptoms such as swelling of the lips, skin rash, itching, and in some cases, even wheezing.
Immunotherapy can be used to treat a variety of conditions. At Corpus Christi Allergy, Asthma, and Dermatology Clinic, we provide immunotherapy in the form of allergy injections to lessen an individual's allergic symptoms. 4 Allergy shots activate the natural immune response, and make allergies, asthma and eczema better.
At Corpus Christi Allergy, Asthma, and Dermatology Clinic, we stay up to date on the latest medical developments so you receive the best treatment for your skin symptoms. Immunophototherapy, a more contemporary treatment we offer, combines the principles of immunotherapy and phototherapy for the treatment of allergic skin conditions.
Dermatology Services Offered at the Corpus Christi Allergy, Asthma, and Dermatology Clinic. We are one of the few clinics available to provide immunophototherapy (UVA/narrowband UVB), XTRAC laser treatment, and photodynamic (Levulan) therapy for various skin conditions. We perform surgical procedures to remove benign tumors, cysts, nevi (moles), skin tags, warts and other lesions of the skin.

What a waste of money and my time. Went there to drain a cist/ huge pimple on my face. Dr came and took less than 30 seconds to look at it, then says he wanna put me on a few weeks of antibiotics first, then follow up. This thing is ripe and about to burst, plus I don't wanna be sporting it on my face for that long. Told them I'll do it myself and they can keep their antibiotics.
And they are still enforcing the stupid mask mandate. I went to this same place about 4 years ago for the same thing. A nice female Dr did it the same day. Their service has deteriorated since my last visit. I don't recommend this place.

I'll never go back. I went because I had a small dry patch on my shoulder. I was ushered into an exam room. The girl was in a hurry and did not introduce herself. That's okay. I understand about staff shortages these days. I have also been to New York and New Jersey. I understand rude when one is abrupt and fails to be polite. The hurried women then asked me to point to the place of concern.
I warned her it was very subtle, and I used the mirror to be precise. With a pen she circled the wrong place - a real obvious mole I've had since childhood- three inches from where I pointed. I informed her she circled the wrong one. She said she circled where I pointed. I'm a sharp guy and I carry myself well. I am not going to waltz up in there worried about skin cancer and point to the wrong place.
What she said was not okay. It's called unaccountability. I let it go said nothing and we got the proper area circled. Soon Doctor Green entered. I found out it was Doctor Green because his name was on the prescription I later picked up. That's right, I still did not get a cordial introduction. Dr Green diagnosed eczema, then scolded me briefly about that and high blood pressure. Dr.
Green was thorough and informative. He saved us both time. I have no complaints about Dr. Green, but I will never return. I went home and monitored my blood pressure in a proper, relaxed and polite setting and came up with readings much lower.

Turns out I'm allergic to everything. Came in open sore on my foot & was told was athlete's feet, by another doctor. CCAAD correctly diagnosed me with eczema, which cleared up within 2 weeks. I had no idea I had skin allergies & after allergy testing, I was informed of all my allergies. Had a great experience with both doctors & staff. I recommend this place to anyone. Only issue is that they don't offer insect allergy testing.

I've been going here since I was in middles school. I'm now 22. I really enjoy my visits with my doctor. He's always been very sweet to me and taken care of my acne when it gets bad. I chose this clinic initially because they did it on a walk in bases and I desperately needed to get in to a dermatologist when I was younger because every other dr. In the area had a month and a half wait. Overall, they've kept me in good hands and I appreciate them

This facility charges 3 times the amount the for skin testing and that's not including the new service fee and therapy service fee. You'll also be on the hook for improper billing to insurance. I've contacted the insurance company and they would be open to an appeal if I can show why the service was necessary. This facility will not cooperate with the matter and will not release relevant medical information for the appeal without a fee. Over 2 thousand the initial visit.

Very poor service on the doctors' part. The lady that signs you in as a New patient took less than 10 minutes gathering my info. I waited ( IN A PATIENTS ROOM ) for an HOUR AND 45 MINUTES. And there was Still no sign of a doctor seeing me any time soon. Ridiculous! Once I got tired of messing with my phone I made a few friends (see attached photo). Crickets.
When I arrived there was ONE person in the waiting area. I was called back to "see the doctor" literally within 15 minutes of having arrived. I left without anyone having even noticed. I notified the lady who checked me in, she was Very surprised that I was still there. In conclusion, if ever I'm asked for a recommendation on an Allergy, Asthma or Dermatology specialist, I'll make sure to tell them to stay away from this place. AND, if they Want to get seen from a specialist, this is NOT the place to go.
