I've been going here for about 5 years now for wellness and sick visits. I always have a great experience. I usually see Liz Lawhon, NP. She's great! I've also benefited from her recommendations when I needed to follow up with a specialist doctor and PT. I love the new facility too.

They say their office hours are from 8-4 on Saturday, but they're not. They have a full voicemail box also. Then I spoke to the on call dr and they said it should be open and to keep calling. Lots of disorganization and misleading.

In the past I have seen Dr. Corella who is very knowledgeable and helpful. More recently Liz has been treating me and she is great, she takes the time to explain things and cares about her patients. She is supportive in trying to find solutions to health issues and listens to health concerns carefully. Her nurse Crystal is also great, she shows a lot of empathy for patients, and also cares about their wellbeing.

Both Liz and Crystal are very responsive with requests for medical documents, providing them on the same day most times. This is a great practice and they are very dedicated to patient's health and treating each person like an individual which is rare in these times when some doctor's barely give you the time of day. Liz and Crystal answer all your questions and you leave feeling like your issues have been addressed.

Go to see Liz Lawhon, the Nurse Practioner. She is the best. When you have questions, she will thoroughly answer them and ensure that patients understand medications and test results. If you are looking for an excellent medical professional, go to see Liz.

After waiting a month for test results my appointment was rescheduled 2 hours before my appointment time. I was told someone would call me to go over the results but never received a call. My rescheduled appointment was confirmed via text at 8 pm on Friday and at 9 am on Saturday (one hour before my appointment) I received a text canceling my appointment due to "inclement weather". The sun is shining and the roads are clear. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I had my first visit to this office my experience with the receptionist was worst! They literally was talking about me while I was sitting in a waiting room, very unprofessional and utterly unacceptable attitude. But as soon as the nurse came in she greeted me with a very welcoming manner and Dr Vivek Nair was exceptional and sadly I saw he is leaving and I am not going to that office again.

The office management is TERRIBLE! I've been on hold for hours and the voicemail is always full so you can't leave a voicemail. I had an appointment scheduled today. I showed up and they said the doctor wasn't in. Apparently they called me to reschedule but I never received a voicemail or missed call. The receptionist and front desk management is so disorganized and inconsiderate.

Okay so my patient did not have his order and the second he called this facility, they immediately faxed it to my job! What a great way to help me and my job! I'm from Florida and they work so fast! Extremely efficient and friendly. Thank you.

I'm a longtime patient and had always been satisfied with the care I received until a several months ago. Three of the doctors are in private practice in the existing office and to be seen by them requires an annual fee of $1,200. And the two remaining male doctors who aren't private are overwhelmed and it shows up in the level of care. In addition, one of the male doctors told me he isn't comfortable examining female patient and directed me to the female nurse practitioner. Smh. After the new year I'll be going to another practice.

Never go to this office! they will charge your insurance company and never call you back. I have waited for 7 days and still waiting to hear from them to tell me to what happen to my arm or how to take care of it after the Xray showed some kind of rotator cuff calcification. I wanted in person to see if they can tell me in person and they asked me to make another appt to see the Doctor. I am making an appointment with another office to see if i can get a professional Doctor that can treat my problem.
