Dr. Placik is amazing. I wanted to have face uplift done and I am so happy I chose this practice. Dr. Placik. They care about their patients and they explain every little detail from A-Z.

I took my friend here for a surgery and not only did the doctor hear what he wanted but the reception was unprofessional, rude. He was not heard on the advice and was not happy with his end result. But once they take any of your money they don't work with you.

Dr. Placik and his team are amazing! Roberta, his nurse was amazing and always available for questions or m concerns. I am beyond happy with the results of my recent procedure. I had a wonderful consultation with Dr. Placik about rejuvenating my upper eyelids and am looking forward to my upcoming procedure. Dr. Otto Placik is a great Chicago Plastic Surgeon. He does not overcharge and his work is of the highest quality.

Offensive, insulting and unacceptable. I walked out on this appointment. Dr placik and his staff aren't worthy of a moment more of my time, -but for the sake of sharing, -I'd highly recommend the following: -Charge a premium UPFRONT for consultations. Perhaps that would be incentive for both parties to respect each other's time. -Expecting people to wait over 2hrs is insulting and disrespectful. -People with money value their time. - you assumed I didn't have money, thus resulting in zero regard of mine. Unbelievable! -Ditch the 40min video or send paperwork along with video PRIOR to appointment.

From the beginning I was impressed with Dr. Otto confidence and impressive book of work. He not only was a perfectionist but didn't hesitate to do any tweaking to ensure my result would be flawless. He also was easy to contact directly and was responsive to my needs.

Everyone was very professional and explained things in detail. The day of my surgery I was anxious as to be expected but everyone put me at ease. I felt all my concerns and questions were addressed, and I am quite pleased with my results.

My experience as a client with Dr Placik and his staff was very impressive compared to the many other surgical offices I've been to before.
