Although primarily serving the residents of Winchester Greens and the surrounding community, Bermuda Medical Center is open to anyone. At Bermuda Medical Center, we accept all insurances, including Medicaid and Medicare, and provide those who are uninsured or with economic hardships a sliding-fee-scale program to help minimize their cost. Northside Medical Center is located at 2809 North Avenue in Richmond, Virginia, and is taking new patients. My health suffered greatly during the 3 years I was a patient here. The attitudes of staff are "bright & cheery", masking an ineptitude that borders on malpractice. They refused to accept or read my medical records to familiarize themselves with my medical and psychiatric conditions; refused to provide any meaningful treatment and did little outside of billing my insurance company.
Of course, when the doctor in charge of the clinic is an ex-con (Torino Jennings) convicted of making upwards of $100,000 for writing illegal prescriptions online for people he never met and served a year in federal prison. One should probably avoid this clinic.

Do not go here for COVID 19 testing. The Drive thru testing is a joke. If you are a punctual person like myself, you will be the last to be seen. The staff has no real system in place for who gets tested first. Whoever pulls into the parking lot last will be the first to be tested even though others were there first. Save yourself some time and go to patient first.

I had a great experience at CAHN'S Northside location today! Dr. Saka was so sweet and understanding on top of being incredibly knowledgeable. In the past, I've had doctor's that haven't always listened but Dr. Saka really listens! I also had to get blood drawn today and Larrette was the woman that did the actual drawing. I have pretty severe anxiety related to needles and blood and she made the process seriously so painless. I've never had an easier blood drawing experience! Overall, so happy to have my new PCP in the neighborhood. Could not be happier with my experience!

If you desire is to find a physician/practice that is well organized, on-time with Rx refills, getting referrals sent over in a timely mammer, knowledgeable front desk and medical staff, being able to access your patient portal etc. then keeping looking, because CAHN isn't the place. It's like medical services for the destitute or those with SUPER limited resources. Of course that's the only reason l dealt with them.

The staff memebers here are always very friendly and helpful. The office is always well ran and very clean. By far the best doctors office I've ever been to. I only gave a a 4 Star instead of a 5 because sometime the wait can be rather long, but I'll take the wait for great care. Both of the NPs are amazing I love them both. Very knowledgeable women and they make you feel so comfortable and relaxed, as drs and nps should. They are both very caring and they are not judgemental.
