I had a mammogram, bone density scan, and hip x-ray done within 45 minutes for all 3 today. Smooth sailing every step of the way, including making the mammo and DXA appointments (x-ray was a "walk-in"). The 2 front desk staff and 3 techs I interacted with were all very pleasant and professional. I showed up 15 min early as requested to complete registration/check in, and was taken back on time. First time here, probably not my last.

This entire company is a nightmare to deal with. It takes hours to get somebody on the phone just to schedule an appointment. Then when you finally do get someone on the phone, they yell at you and berate you because of flaws with their own booking system. People are terrified when they are going into a place like this because of scary prospects of cancer, and these people give zero percent about being decent. Disgusting company. Find anywhere else to do this, or just let your cancer kill you because dealing with this place isn't worth it.

As other reviews have stated, avoid this place unless you want to deal with all of their incompetence. Their billing department is there to make sure that your life is harder. Their staff to supervisors are rude, make mistakes and don't take any responsibility. They billed the wrong insurance and refused to correct their mistake. I may have to pay out of pocket while having TWO insurances. Very unprofessional and unpleasant.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Called multiple times to try to make an appointment and was constantly hung up on as soon as I started speaking. When I finally got my appointment I called back to try and get the correct location and again was consistently hung up on. Completely horrible and irritating. Fix it.

If you have any other option for your radiology appointments I strongly encourage you take it. The reception staff is less than welcoming and, to some degree, rude. I admit my mistake of forgetting my doctor's order but there is absolutely no reason I should be spoken to like a child being chastised. If I there had been no financial consequence for leaving I most certainly would have.
In the 15 minutes I was in the waiting room, I could hear equally disparaging conversations with other patients. The technician who did my mammogram was polite and professional.

I echo other remarks. Professionals/technicians are good but someone in the billing department needs to be reassigned. First call from UH to FFRC the girl acknowledged the error and said it would be another billing cycle before the account manager could sign off and correct the invoice. United Healthcare followed up with a letter to FRC stating I was being overbilled.
Then I got a robo call and United call again and girl said "'she forgot. " Then I got a call from a debt collection agency, and I sent the collection agency the letter from United to FF Radiology. Unbelievable.

Quick fast and easy. I arrived early and they were able to take me right away. in and out in less that 10 mins. check is was friendly and fast. reception area clean. receptionist so sweet and the technician made me feel relaxed and comfortable.don't listen to all the negative comments.too many people always willing to complain. time to share some light in the world. So glad I judges for myself. thank you!
