Everyone is a pleasure to be around, from the front desk check in through checkout. Couldn't ask for a better experience every appointment. Dr Duke is the best!

The office is almost always steady, and the staff remain kind and keep things moving along for everyone. I broke my ankle and saw Dr. S. Thomas, who is amazing, friendly, & professional. I had also seen Dr. Kubik 5 years ago for a broken foot. I can speak highly of them both as well as their staff. Very pleasant experience despite unpleasant circumstances!

Had a very pleasant visit with Dr Walagora & his Intern. Rec'd shots in both knees. Staff very pleasant. No wait time at all. Really!

The people at the Moon office were very friendly and I had a good experience with Dr Kubik. He was very personable and patient and took his time with me and pretty much accurately assessed what the problem could be with my knee. I have a follow up appointment with him soon. Paulie Ondrasik

I have had three appointments with Dr. Mulholland for a knee problem. He has an efficient, helpful and very positive attitude. The secretary and nurses are very helpful and positive, too.

Dr. Kubik&his staff r excellent! Had a ripped rotator cup, bones surs, frozen shoulder, lots of fluid&scar tissue. Sought out GPOA because of the stupidity of a local Dr.& being in awful pain for 6 months. Saw Dr. Kubik on 2/3/22,h ad my procedure on 3/15/22. Wasnt apprehensive at all. Him& his staff put me at ease. I still have some recouperating to do but I'm well on my way! So glad a friend referred me. A huge ty to Dr. Kubik!

The Staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Kubik is not only an excellent surgeon but also has a great bedside manner. He never rushes you and is always willing to listen to you.

Reception was very busy, but Denise is impeccably organized & kind. She keeps things moving along so well. Our wait time was short & our visit with Dr. Duke Thomas answered all of our questions & concerns. Check-out was quick & we were able to make an appointment at our convenience. Office operations went smoothly including check-in, getting x-rayed, and seeing the doctor. After seeing the doctor and agreeing that I was ready to schedule myself for joint replacement, there were extensive and explicit instructions from the nurse about what I needed to do to be prepared for the surgery. I thought this was very helpful.

The staff was wonderful-on the phone and at the office. They were able to get my son in for a same day appointment for a sports injury with Dr. Mulholland -who is always thorough and amazing!

I took my daughter to see Dr. Thomas because my daughter broke her back a few years ago. She has been seeing a chiropractor since the accident but continues to have pain. My daughter told him about other problems that she was having and he totally dismissed her back issues. He was rude and arrogant. He said he wasn't the doctor for her. He never examined her back or would he give her a chance to explain her back issues.

He assumed she wanted pain meds and she never asked him for pain meds. He made her cry and made her feel insignificant then end the appointment very abruptly and pushed us out the door. I feel it was very unprofessional. It was a very bad experience.

I really needed my cortisone shots in my hips by Dr. Stephen Thomas. Got a call from Dr. Duke Thomas's office today that I could not receive treatment by his brother based on my unpaid balance to him. I had to cancel my treatment with my hip ortho doc that I have been seeing for 15 years. I am in pain and will remain in pain. Dr. Duke Thomas's office would not allow me treatment by his brother, Stephen, unless I set up a payment plan with him.

I just can't at this time. It feels horrible to be trapped by a doctor (or doctors) who are more concerned with past money owed than helping their patient. I have health insurance so the appointment today would have been paid. I feel so let down by this practice that I have to find another practice after 15 years.and I have been treated by 5 of their doctors.over $380 dollars.

Knee replacement, rotator cuff surgery, broken wrist. Dr. Mullholand Hip replacement Dr. Smith Very good treatment and good doctor patient relations.

Was recommended by my cousin who had a good experience. My daughter broke her arm and was seen here. They were thorough in their assessment of her circumstances and gave us the right direction to go for her optimal recovery.

Unfortunately I cannot choose 0 stars. I called 3 different times to schedule an appointment. Each time I called, they requested more insurance information and refused to even schedule an appointment without insurance information. Finally, after receiving all information they scheduled an appointment for nearly 3 weeks out. Two days later, I receive a call stating they can't get a hold of my insurance company and I need to get them another phone number or I can't be seen.

Many frustrations later, I arrive today Feb 19th 2021 for an appointment. Upon check in, they request a confirmation letter in person, after receiving claim number agents name and the whole nine yards. The receptionist who was less than friendly assured me everything was verified before telling me I couldn't be seen. When I expressed my frustration, I was told to "get out" "I'm done talking to you".

I suggest finding an ortho with a much more professional office. I will never return. I even had a surgery through this practice many years ago as a kid. I'm a business owner myself, and was appalled by the receptionists mannerisms from first call to appointment day!

GPOA provides some of the best orthopedic service in the country. Very good with my 12 year old son and they also did a great job with my mom's spine issues. I highly recommend them. Steve and Duke Thomas are highly skilled orthopedic specialists and have a great bed side manner as well. The staff provided great support help.

Dr Kelly is amazing only reason for the 2 stars. The staff at the reception desk is extremely rude and helpless with anything other than her routine. Also the staff at the surgical center shared the same qualities and lack of manners. Extremely disappointing.
