MedExpress Urgent Care

Doctor was nice but the nurse who registers was horrifying. I was told to repeat my reason for my visit while in the waiting area with other ppl. No privacy!

Doctor told me being dehydrated is pretty much impossible then read my ekg completely wrong. Would love to know where the medical degree was from so I could call and file a formal complaint

Stated I thought it may be sinus. Had facial pain going into gums, ears. Was told by the PA that she was not a dentist or ENT and she had no clue what was wrong. Didn't even look at my sinuses until I asked. Never looked in my ears, etc. Was able to get an appointment with my personal PA the next day and guess what? She had answers and I'm finally feeling better. Only gave 1 star because it was required.

This place is not good for older people who really don't know that much of phone smarts. There was a older gentleman there today shaking trying to figure out how to even log in or register or do anything with his little phone that he had. Poor man He was finally seen later on but come on. There has to be an easier way Medexpress for the older people to register.

Hell that guy did not even have an email. Shame shame on med express for making almost impossible for older people and sometimes younger people to register. You call yourself an urgent care facility.

Went here on a Friday after my daughter got her finger closed in a door. It was bleeding, purple, she lost her nail, and I was in fear that it was broken. On arrival, the door was locked and you had to call to gain access to get inside. Upon explaining to whatever woman (who was snippy and snotty) on the phone what was going on they wouldn't open the door until I provided proof of insurance.

This whole time my 4 year old daughter was crying, bleeding and in pain. We just ended up leaving because emergencies are meant to be taken care of as emergencies and insurance is to be filled out during or later. Imagine the amount of greed behind the polices at this place. Beware when going here, I don't think you'll receive the best care here. Me personally, I'll never even think twice to go back here. You shouldn't either.

Staff is incredibly rude over the phone. It's not hard to answer simple questions without sounding inconvenienced. I have had good experiences with other med expresses but nothing but bad ones with this location.

I went to Med express to have a dog bite checked out. I got bit at work and they wouldn't take me because I am a self contractor. They wouldn't take my health insurance, said it was illegal to not be under workers comp and couldn't help me. So upsetting.

An honestly amazing experience. Kara was amazingly patient and empathetic to my conditions. After being blown off by another urgent care I feel my concerns were heard by the team here, and feel way more at ease after being seen here. The doctor was thorough, patient, and very kind. He took the time to truly listen to me and see what would help best. Absolutely I will come back if I need to. I showed up 20 mins after opening and only waited 10 mins. Don't show up at close and you'll be seen fast.

I will NEVER come to this med express again. The people are RUDE, for literally no reason at all. Wait times are ridiculous, but I get that we are in the middle of a pandemic. My husband and I waited for FOUR hours yesterday for him to get tested. We called twice to check to see how many people were ahead of us. They told us 5 people ahead of us, then 3.but we literally saw with our own eyes MANY more people than what we were told walking in before us.some of which arrived much later than we did. Does not seem right. Done with this place.

My sister just lost her son she has been hysterical and need something to get through this week, I called to this facility to see if the doctor can see her because she does not have a personal care physician, the girl who identified herself as Julie or Judy was so rude and used no empathy kept throwing me on hold finally I asked for her supervisor who I'm assuming was Cody he was very nice but stated her name was actually Susanna and not Julie or Judy. Turns out they really can't do anything for her and she would have to go get scheduled to be seen and then they would probably refer me to someone else so they were really of no use to me any ideas would be appreciate it. I hope something like this never happens to her or her family.
