Hurwitz Center Plastic Surgery

I cannot thank Dr. Davila and the entire team at the Hurtwitz center enough for the incredible experience. After years and years of discomfort and pain, I finally got the breast reduction I've been dreaming of. Dr. Davila is an artist with an exquisite eye, a extremely skilled surgeon, and a delicate hand. He is incredibly professional and makes you feel very comfortable.

The entire team was friendly and welcoming from the moment the elevator door opens. I am overwhelmed with joy on the physical outcome of the surgery. I cannot recommend them enough.

It costs me a minimum of $50.00 to drive there for my appointments. Today I waited 40 minutes to be told her was running late from surgery. Not my problem. Either call me and move my appointment or don't schedule appointments that close to his surgery. Last time I waited over an hour. Again, call people to tell them and move their appoints around.

His assistant, Shannon, is the worst. Made me drive an hour down here to discuss a concern. I was happy to do so as I thought he would be looking at the issue. Turns out we just talked, that could have been a phone call and saved me 2.5 hours of time. Additionally, the problem was not resolved in surgery and I am unhappy with the results. I have mentioned this EVERY time I have been there. Shannon is also argumentative and made the whole process very worrisome. Dr. D is great, his staff makes the experience very negative. I should bill them for my time.

I saw Dr. Davila about 6 months ago. Even though I did not end up doing anything, I was very impressed at how he explains everything, is very knowledgeable, and takes his time. Certainly did not feel rushed like some of the other surgeons.

Dr. Davila is the best! He is professional, caring, and very precise with his work. He did my entire face, BBL, and tummy tuck. I have a few problem areas on my neck and butt that he is currently helping me to resolve. He will work with you until you are happy. His work is impeccable!

Dr. Davila and his team are amazing! Everyone has been more than kind and the work that Dr. Davila did on me for my breast reduction was wonderful. I'm a little over a week in recovery and I'm already pleased and excited for full recovery. I have never met a nicer group of people! Any time I had questions or was a bit nervous, they always made sure to ease my mind. If I ever decided to go ahead with any other procedure, it would absolutely be done by Dr. Davila and his team! I can't thank them enough!

I cannot compliment Dr. Davila and the staff at Hurwitz Center enough, but I'll give it my best try. When one of my 48-year old (!) saline implants ruptured in April, I made appointments with four (4) different plastic surgeons for consultations about what I should do. Dr. Davila was the last of the four, and I really thought, going in to the appointment, that I already had made my choice.

I remember thinking I should have cancelled the appointment with him. I am extremely glad that I didn't! Dr. Davila is knowledgeable, professional, straightforward, as well as kind and took so much time explaining things to my husband and me. He answered all of our questions forthrightly and in detail. He offered me options none of the other three surgeons had, so that the final decision to have him do the replacement of both implants was one of the easiest important decisions of my life.

Everything about the experience, before and after the surgery, was much easier than I could have ever anticipated. Dr. Davila is an extremely skilled and conscientious surgeon, and I could not be happier with my results. Likewise, all of the staff are very friendly, warm, and caring people. As a side note, while I was seeing Dr. Davila for a follow-up visit, I pointed out to him a small growth below my knuckle on the palm side of my left hand which was increasing in size and and discomfort.

He said he would be able to remove it. I didn't hesitate to schedule. The lump was removed, biopsied (negative for anything concerning) and healed beautifully. Based upon my experience with Dr. Davila and the staff at Hurtwitz Center for Plastic Surgery, I eagerly recommend them unequivocally and with much gratitude.

We here in Pittsburgh are so very blessed to have access to this extremely skilled and gifted surgeon. Dr. Hurwitz has been "improving" me and quite a few other members of my family (which include members in the medical, legal, and business communities) over the past 30+ years. All of the varied and numerous procedures Dr. Hurwitz performed on us yielded terrific, satisfying, and natural results. Dr. Hurwitz is truly an artist. His entire staff is very accommodating and courteous; they always make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Hurwitz and his team are wonderful.

Overall a great place! I just recently had lipo inner thighs, outer thighs, flanks, stomach etching, and a bbl. its only been 2 weeks but so far everything is looking great. Staff was awesome and very helpful. If I decide to have more work done I will be going back to Dr. Hurwitz.

I am so happy that I got this procedure done. I highly recommend it to anyone who has issues with there neckline and double chin. Dr Hurwitz is amazing!

I had a consultation with Dr. Davila seeking a second opinion after surgery with another doctor. The outcome from my surgery was not good. He was very kind and listened to my concerns. He was the only doctor I saw for a consultation that actually examined me. He took measurements and explained what could be done to address my concerns. He made me feel like a patient, not someone who was wasting his time.

I am so thankful I was able to speak with him. It changed my outlook on things and I have hope that my issues can be resolved. I plan to schedule my surgery soon. The whole team at Hurwitz Center is amazing and I am looking forward to my next step in this journey. I only wish I had started here!

I knew I didn't like my nose, but I wasn't sure about how I wanted to go about changing it. So on a trip to Los Angeles, I decided to have a non-surgical PDO thread procedure to straighten my bridge and lift my tip. Well, that was a terrible idea because the threads weren't settling like they were meant to and they hurt, giving me constant headaches!

I had the most amazing consult with Dr. Hurwitz to permanently fix my nose shape (and breathing) and he not only gave me the perfect nose, but he removed the threads, which had adhered to my cartilage and bone! It was complicated but he was so wonderful and skilled, he pulled it off! I'm so grateful for his skill and professionalism. I can't believe I went all the way to LA for a painful/temporary fix, when the answer was right here in Pittsburgh with Dr. Hurwitz.

I love taking pictures now and I love smiling in pictures without worrying about my nose drooping or widening from my grin. I love my nose and I love looking in the mirror and feeling like the real me is looking back. Thank you to The Hurwitz Center and Dr. Hurwitz!

Dr. Hurwitz did an amazing job revising my tummy tuck and adding a flankoplasty. We researched doctors heavily and his pictures seemed realistic. He didn't remove any negative reviews for the sites that make that easy to do. He doesn't shy away from difficult cases, so he is more likely to have the skills to handle complications that come his way.

He is able to use the University system because he is trained as an academic doctor. My tummy tuck, and flankoplasty turned out amazing. He is one of the safest choices for a big procedure.

Dr. Hurwitz is one of the best Doctors I know. I was on the Doctors tv show and he did my surgery for my chest. He went above and beyond. His staff is very friendly and respectful and anytime I had any questions they were always there. He is not just a great doctor but a great human being. If you need a Plastic surgeon that listens to your concerns and actually cares he's your doctor.

Dr. Hurwitz is not only highly medically and surgically skilled but also is an artist who treats his patients with compassion and absolute sensitivity and kindness. I had a facelift by him in 2018 and subsequently had multiple other cosmetic surgery procedures over the past two-and-a-half years. I highly recommend him without reservation. I couldn't be happier with my results.
