I've been a patient for more than 20 years and have had nothing but great experiences with this office. Appointment reminders are emailed and sent via text, so no confusion there. All staff that I have ever dealt with was courteous and followed through.

I loved my first pregnancy experience with SWH. The entire staff, from the front desk/billing, to the nurses, and other doctors were always so welcoming and kind. Dr. Michael was my go to and handled most of my prenatal appointments. He was very calming, caring, and informative. The SWH team genuinely care for mother and child. There is no doubt I will be returning for baby #2!

This facility is extremely disrespectful to its patients and drops them for an array of ridiculous reasons. please find somewhere else to go, ESPECIALLY if you are pregnant.

They are extremely unprofessional. They dropped me as a patient because I was 30 minutes late due to a car breakdown. The girl on the phone then proceeded to rant at me and my daughter, not only making her cry, but also embarrassing her in front of everyone for the dress she was wearing.

Oh I never went here but from what I heard. You shouldn't drop in need patients or PREGNANT ones. I wish I could give you guys a 0 star rating

I've been coming to this clinic for about 5+ years now and I absolutely love them. The staff has always been kind, and fast. I see all these mixed reviews but I honestly never had a bad experience with them.

This office is wonderful. The doctors and staff are fantastic. They are very kind, helpful and informative. They actually take the time to see you and talk to you. They are there for you and any heath concerns that you may have. They blessed me with caring for me and my extremely difficult pregnancies that would be in the books for sure and saved me and my babies. My only nag would be the financial department could use some working with the patient and trying better for resolutions. I would highly recommend this practice

This practice dropped my daughter as a patient for a missed appointment. The office manager proceeded to inform me that due to the missed appointment and the fact that my daughter was high risk they had to drop her as a patient. When I called to try to make things right the office manager told me it was too late. Imagine how I felt being told my daughter was HIGH RISK BUT SORRY WE CANT HELP HER.

This practice assumed she came from a low income household and recommended a low income facility. This office was NOT COMPASSIONATE OR CARING as they claim to be. They judged my daughter based of age, race and ASSUMED Socioeconomic status. The office staff are horrible and very judgmental.

I'm very disappointed with this place. I had to come here due to switching insurances. Last year they did a full exam and a pap. Then my results came back inconclusive due to them not taking enough cells when they did the pap. So they wanted me to come back again. I waited until this year because my insurance wouldnt cover 2 paps in one year. I called to make the appt.

The lady on the phone told me 8:45am. I marked it on my calendar as we were on the phone and reiterated the time TWICE. A day before my exam I get an email that my appt is at 9:30am the following day. when I tried to call to inquire about this nobody answered the phone. I showed up at 8:45 the next day only to be told I was scheduled at 9:30. I explained what I was told on the phone and the lady at the counter told me they would get me back asap.they didnt bring me back until 9:30. then dr Miller comes in and quickly just has me lay back while she does the pap to collect cells and told me I should have some spotting since she scraped a little harder this time to ensure theres enough cells.

I asked specifically if it would test for STDs and bacterial infections etc. She told me it would test for all of that. She seemed like she was rushing me and didnt even ask if I had questions, didnt ask about birth control or anything! She didnt check anything like they usually do such as a breast exam, pressing on your pelvic area to make sure the ovaries feel okay.nothing.

She leaves the room. and when I went to get dressed I noticed I had a little more than just spotting with bleeding. She couldn't even give me a panty liner or anything?. the nurse came back into the room and told me to get bloodwork done by the 3rd day of my period. I told her as I told the dr. I do not have regular periods so it could be months before I can do that.

She then tells me "well if you dont get it by the end of the month then call us".uh ok?. and after 2 days of calling numerous times to ask about my lab results I finally got ahold of the nurse only to find out they never ordered a test for any STDs. So they didnt test me for anything I specifically asked to be tested for! And was told I would get a call back once she talked to the doctor.

I dont understand how hard it is to just listen to your patients? And on top of that the nurse was extremely rude and snappy when I tried to explain to her why I was upset about my experience here. She kept cutting me off and talking to me condescendingly. I will be looking for a new Dr.

Very compassionate and many many years of experience between the three drs. Highly recommended by other established and respected PCP's in the area. Easy to get a hold of. You are a person, not just another patient on the table. Recommend for OB and GYN! All three Drs are amazing as well as nurses and other staff.
