I recently broke my ankle on Wednesday & was referred to Dr. Jacoby by calling Sherman. On Thursday, Doctor Jacoby saw my x-rays & decided to hustle me in to get my surgery the next morning which actually happened yesterday. I would highly recommend this doctor to anybody who recently fractured or has problems with their foot & ankle. He explained the whole procedure in complete detail & also gave me alot of information to know about my ankle. Dr. Jacoby will go beyond and above to make sure your problems are addressed right away.

So grateful to be pain-free after several months, with a relatively simple fix!---was diagnosed & treated for PTTD by Dr. Bialon. She explained everything very thoroughly and the process felt very efficient. I came in for a removal of my ingrown toenails on both my big toes. I set up an appointment and was able to meet with Dr. Alexander within a week. The medical assistants and staff were all great and enjoyable to work with. Dr. Alexander did a tremendous job of easing the tension of the procedure by using humor and clearly talking through what I'll expect. The procedure took 20 minutes and he did a wonderful job in ensuring everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Dr. Alexander and the Elgin Foot & Ankle Center.

This Office is extremely unorganized, unprofessional and Unprepared. the Forms i filled out before my visit were EXTREMELY repetitive. Once i arrived that is when they informed me I am responsible for removing the nail polish on my toe, never before notified to not have nail polish on the toe. Once I removed it with my own resources in office, awaiting the return of the doctor is when he said he would not proceed because he was not able to properly clean my toe. in a podiatrists office.he reiterated many times he was incapable of prepping my toe for the surgery. waste of gas, time and resources.

Is there an option for 5+ Stars? Dr. Bialon, Dr. Kratzmeyer and office staff are all amazing! Easy to make an appointment and get in. I've been a patient there for a while seems every summer I have a toe injury due to flip flops and now my husband needs foot surgery. So glad Elgin Foot and Ankle will be doing his surgery. Everyone makes us feel very comfortable. Thanks to all the staff for taking care of us!

I've been a patient of Dr Ken's for 15 plus years now. He is a in my opinion one of the most knowledgeable and experienced physicians in his field. Not only is his medical care top notch, he has a congenial personality making me feel at home at his office. The office staff is great with scheduling and working with insurance. Sometimes you don't realize the value of a well functioning office if you never have problems.
That's exactly what this practice is, a well functioning office. Most recently I brought my son to Dr Ken for ingrown toenails. On his initial evaluation Dr Ken could have easily sent us to make a follow up appointment to have the procedure done at a later date. Instead, realizing the amount of discomfort my son was in, he called his family to tell them to cancel their dinner plans and he stayed at the office late to take care of my son that same day. If I could give more stars than 5 I would, it's little things like this that make this practice so amazing.

I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience with Dr. Cory Jacoby and his entire staff. All 6 visits were a fantastic experience. Dr. Jacoby performed a surgery on me as well that went exactly as he had described it would. I'm already feeling much better and continue to feel better each day. Thank you to Dr. Cory Jacoby and his entire staff! I highly recommend visiting Dr. Jacoby with any foot and ankle needs.

I have had a great all around experience at the office.from the front desk help to the doctor. Dr. Mehta Kratzmeyer took a conservative approach at first to help with my recovery to save me from a surgical recovery and Iappreciate all she has done! Each day the pain is better and better! I would recommend this office and their doctors to anyone!
