To protect you and your identity, our front office staff will ask for your photo identification i.e. Comply with state and federal laws and regulations that protect the security and integrity of patient information. This helps to ensure that we have accurate information and helps you to identify changes in your health history.
It's important to prepare for you endoscopic procedure in order to have a successful exam. Your health status and current medications will be reviewed so we can provide you with the best preparation for you. Detailed instructions will be provided for you prior to your procedure. Read them over well before your appointment.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency outside the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday or holidays, please call 208-489-1900. This line will connect you to our answering service that can alert an on-call provider on your behalf. You may also dial 911 or contact your local hospital directly.

I was told I was scheduled at 1:50 & even called about what time my ride could expect to come get me and was told I was scheduled at 1:50. Never once was I told I was scheduled at 1:50 for check in but my procedure wasn't until 2:30. So being that I respect your schedule as I expect mine will be also, I showed up at 1:30 to provide adequate time for anything I might need to do, but since I had already done all my paperwork online, there shouldn't be much.

Then at about 2:20 I was highly agitated and asked if it was normal to make someone wait 30 minutes past their appointment and if I could expect to go back anytime soon. It was at this point I was finally told that there was a check in time and procedure time. I was furious at this point. Had I been communicated better, I sure as hell wouldn't have left work as early as I did and certainly wouldn't have shown up as early as I did.

Probably have to say this is the worst ran place I have ever gone to. I do have to say, everything after being called back was amazing. If only the scheduling and front was as good as the back, this place could be amazing.

The doctor communicated to the staff that he had something at the hospital that would delay him about 1/2 an hour. They communicated this to me and told me there were two patients In front of me. He was there quickly and I felt like the wait was minimal. He apologized immediately for being late. I appreciated that and the staff communication. Very positive first visit.

I went to this office strictly based on reviews and am very pleased I did. I first met with Dr. Jankowski and was scheduled with her for surgery the following month. The surgery went well, in and out procedure and the prep was not at all like I had heard from friends. It wasn't pleasant, but not what I had anticipated. After getting all good results on the procedure I had my follow up with Samantha Goodrich.

I appreciate that with both of the providers I was given a number to call to talk directly with their nurse if I had any questions. Both providers were great and I will always go back to the Nampa office for future procedures. Thank you for your outstanding patient care.

I was feeling anxious and wanting to have my procedure over quickly. From check-in to discharge the whole process went smoothly and professionally. Before I knew it I was finished and on my way home. I can't say enough great things about the staff and entire clinic!

Everyone was super courteous and friendly. From the front office staff to the nurse who put me under for my endoscopy, everyone was helpful and explained it all in perfect detail. The doctor was wonderful and I was awake and out before I even knew what had happened. Overall a very pleasant experience from start to finish and I wouldn't go anyplace else.

Patient check-in is quick and easy; staff is kind, friendly and helpful. Wait time is very minimal. Before procedure you are made to feel comfortable and you are well informed. I feel the personnel and Dr were a rating of 11 out of 10!

It was an easy and pleasant experience except for not allowing people in the waiting room and the estimated time, for a designated driver, for pick up was an hour off. They tell you sooner so your driver doesn't run off too far I assume. I don't know my nurse's name but she was super kind, as was Dr. Cook. Easy peasy process throughout!

Every time I said I was cold, someone put a toasty warm blanket on me. The girl who did my IV did one stick, very quick, which is uncommon with me. Everyone was so friendly and calming. Highly recommend.

Wonderful first experience, Dr Schutz and his team are dedicated and kind. This was a present I gave myself for cancer prevention, everyone should do it. Office is well organized, nurses and staff are perfect and Dr was great in explaining everything, kind and quick. I highly recommend for whatever you need.
