I've been a patient of this office for almost 30 years. Dr. Giday is the best of the best. He is compassionate and takes the time to listen to all of your concerns. He is knowledgeable and allows your input to be considered. Highly recommend.

I have been to CFDH for many many years. Yesterday I had upper End/as well as Colon. The nurses were awesome! They made me feel comfortable. Everything moved smoothly. Dr. Giday was so pleasant when I got to the procedure room! Perfect for what can be a very uncomfortable experience. Also very COVID aware!

Check in was quick and easy. I had a bit of a wait before called back for the procedures but once I got back everything went smoothly. All the nurses and Dr's I had contact with were nice and answered my questions explaining things to me. The procedures were completed in a timely fashion and recovery was easy. Again had great nurse. I highly recommend Center for Digestive Health. Dr Rafiq was great too!

Found this provider off of my insurance's website. Was very pleased with how they handled everything. Their office is located at the new AdventHealth building in Clermont. The building and location itself is impeccable, calming, and filled with tiny conveniences which I always see as a sign of excellence in an organization. My appointment time ran late, but the staff was friendly.

The nurse practitioner I saw before the doctor was EXTREMELY kind, and having my last health care experience being so horrific, there was a night and day difference in the care and concern I was shown here. The doctor I saw listened to my concerns, but more importantly, asked questions to get better understanding. The systems at this office amazed me, as I was told scripts would be called in to my pharmacy, a scheduler would call to set up my next test, and I was handed everything else I needed as I left. Highly, highly recommend.

Dr. Mayoral listens to you, he is very attentive, understanding, professional and wants to get answers to help you feel better. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Mayoral and would not consider going to another doctor unless unforeseen circumstances forced me to do so. You will be in good hands under this doctors care. Now the staff at this office, they are great!

They are very professional, yet human and friendly and they treat you with respect and understanding. They all seem to know what they are doing and appear to be happy working there. I saw smiles and again was very comforted by all of the staff around me. I have been to and currently see a lot of physicians so I know how an office should be and this one is outstanding!

They are very organized and all on the same page. In my opinion you cannot go wrong so make an appointment and see for yourself. Remember everyone has bad days so take that in to consideration if they have one but I haven't experienced one. Take care!

I went to the Digestive Center because of health concerns. The greeting staff and staff verifying the appointments are very good. On the Surgery side all employees are great, knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, experienced and helpful. I feel fortunate to have found this Center.

The staff and customer service was exceptional. The Dr. Was running behind in his morning surgeries and they actually called to move my appointment instead of making me sit there for hours, as I have experienced at other physician offices. Their understanding that my time is valuable as well makes me rate this practice highly. The Dr. Took his time with me and explained everything and did not feel rushed.

The young lady at front desk needs to speak louder while wearing her mask and give clear instructions as well. She told me to follow arrows and have a seat. She did not say go to the desk. I was almost a no show. When leaving, I went by the restroom and no paper towels and the hand dryer was not working. I informed the assistant at the desk. The staff at the front desk do alot of talking about their personal life in a loud volume. It can be heard throughout the waiting area. Some things do not need to be known.discretion and professionalism should be practiced

Dr. Levine has been treating my whole family for years. I don't understand why people are complaining about the bedside manner. You're not visiting your BFF to go to parties. If you are so sensitive, you need to leave your emotions at the front door! What you will get is a brilliant Doctor who will be very direct and a Doctor who cares for his patients who will listen and diagnose your problems.

When you fill out your medical history, be as thorough as possible as Dr. Levine uses your information to help him to assess and treat your medical problems. Dr. Levine's staff are kind and they made it very easy to get an appointment. The nursing staff was also very nice and thorough. Scheduling team was great. They scheduled my surgery in a timely manner.

Everything was smooth sailing at my appointment. I do not know Dr. Levine on a personal level. I have gotten to know him throughout many years as my Doctor. Dr. Levine is one of the finest doctors I have ever known. He is honest, straight forward and very skilled. I trust Dr. Levine with my life!
