How does this place stay in business when they are so horrible to people? I can't get anyone to call me back. Back in early March, my GP doctor referred me for a procedure. It was weeks before anyone contacted me, but then finally called when I was walking into a different dr appt. I asked if they could call me later that day or the next day to schedule my appt.
They've never called back. I've called there 4 times since then. They transfer you to their "scheduler" who doesn't call back. After doing that twice, the next time I told the person who asked to direct my call that no one was calling me back and they promised the person they were transferring me to would get back me.and they didn't. I called today and asked for their office manager, which I was transferred yet to another person, who hasn't called me back.
I'm DONE with these jerks! I'm going back to my dr to refer me elsewhere. It must be rough that you people have so much business that you don't have to be polite or have common business courtesy! This place sucks! I wouldn't have given any stars but it wouldn't let me post without one!

I don't understand how 4 days go by after I first tried getting In touch with the schedulers for an appointment and I still haven't gotten a call back. Horrible system they have going on for scheduling appointments. Maybe next month I will end up getting a call back from the 'busy scheduler. By then my symptoms will probably be getting even worse than they already are.

On 4/25/22 I visit the GI doctor in council bluffs And was discriminated was also called a witch. I arrived an hour early because I was feeling some burning in my intestines. At check in I was asked for my Insurance card and ID. I waited while in pain an hour an 10mins goes by the the nurse practitioner came in the room and was merely dismissing the issues I was having. Keeps advising everything I am feeling is practically normal.
I explained to her I saw her over 60 days ago and the issue I am having is getting worst. I cannot go naturally without using a stool softener. That is not normal. I could see that she did not care by her expression and gestures. She got my records and service mixed up and was telling me what and when I receive a cat scan last. Then she said you don't have to come back and see me, If we do these test!
I had to beg for some test to be done and after she agrees she step outside the room I was in and I heard the outburst '' SHE IS AWITCH. Referencing to me! Because i was in pain and I asked for some test to be done due dealing with this issue for something with no resolution and was only provided with stools softeners. I feel discriminated and I feel like I was been refused care because I had to beg for a test to be completed on me.
I had to beg for care even though I paid all my bill in full! I had the worst experience at an health care facility! The attitude and customer service needs to be address these ppl don't care about persons well being at all. Had to go to the urgent care.

I would not recommend this place. I was referred by my physician after months of suffering pancreatitis pain, no I don't drink which is what makes this lack of care and concern even worse, and getting anyone to either answer the phone or return my calls is just ridiculous! I guess I'll just keep suffering from pancreatitis until it's too late and I'm in the ER for emergency surgery!

Dr. Ward is very nice and knowledgeable. However, everything else has been horrible. I have been seeing them for over a year and never have a good experience when I call. I can never get ahold of anyone in the scheduling or nursing department, the nurse rarely calls back (I'm sure they're busy, but still), the billing person is the rudest, nastiest person I have ever met.
Not to mention, I can never get test results back. Just last December I had severe symptoms after getting pregnant and I couldn't get answers on what medicines were safe to take and if I could get any new meds to help with symptoms. They would do nothing but see me a month later. I had to resort to getting assistance from a general practitioner. When I was initially diagnosed, I never got a call of my colonoscopy results, I had to call weeks later and pester for an answer. Turns out I have ulcerative colitis and needed to start medication immediately. Absolutely ridiculous. Will be going somewhere else.

I would recommend these doctors, but NOT this surgical facility. The communication with the nurses was not good. I think they've lost compassion for the patient and the family members, as it seems it's a production facility! We will continue to use these doctors, but we will use a regular hospital, as we've done in the past who have a way better bedside manner.

I had my procedure three weeks ago and if there's a clinic that deserves the phrase "Best care anywhere" then this clinic is it. The nurse that assisted me prior to and after my procedure couldn't have been more helpful and she was quite a cheerful person. Her instructions were very clear and concise. I had only one question and it was answered to my satisfaction.
Before my procedure the doctor explained what could happen as a consequence of the exam in a way that could be described as a disclaimer. One of the nurses in the exam room where the procedure was to take place had dressed up due to Halloween being a few day away which, I think, raised everyone's spirits. There's noting negative that I can say as there was absolutely nothing that was a cause of concern to me. All in all it was not a bad experience at all. I think that all of the medical personnel involved did a commendable job!

I am absolutely shocked to see all these negative reviews. I don't consume a great deal of medical care so I don't have a lot to compare this to. I had a procedure done here on Monday, they got me in early and got it done in a very short amount of time. My nurse was Juli and she could not have been more attentive or nice. Everybody I dealt with was extremely professional and I had a perfect visit for what is normally an unpleasant procedure. I would not hesitate to recommend friends or family to this office.

This place is a medical racket you go in one building but you're going to come out with10 damn bills and no money so they offered financial assistance for the astronomical bill so I took it that only covered one of their bills after the mounds of paperwork and submitting the financial assistance I called them back to reveal I have a zero balance and was covered 100% I was ecstatic now I'm getting debt collectors calling for an additional $700 so it's clear the financial departments right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing and to make matters worse they found nothing wrong which I knew they wouldn't just a heep of bills and yet I'm still in physical pain and monetarily highly recommend you stay away
