Prepare your child for the visit as much as possible. If you know what the appointment will involve, tell your child in advance that he or she is going to the doctor and what will be done during the visit. Bring identification, such as a driver's license, and current copy of the insurance card that covers your child.

Unfortunately I cannot select zero stars, however that is what this office should get. I had an appointment scheduled for over two weeks with Dr. Pelaez. I walked in and was told by two ladies that my appointment had been canceled because the doctor took off the whole week for vacation. I had received a reminder message a few days before and I even received a pre-register link the day before for the appointment.
The lady told me someone called but I did not answer and they sent a message in My Chart. I went through my missed call log and I did not have any missed calls from this office. I checked my messages in My Chart and it wasn't until I walked out that there was a message she sent while I was at the counter. It has a time stamp with the time it was sent.
I don't understand why the lady would sit there and lie. Once she sent this message while I was standing at the counter the appointment showed up as canceled. This was our first time at this location and was not impressed. Staff is unprofessional and I would not trust my child's health to people that lie. I should have known better and believed the previous reviews that have been left regarding the front people. It doesn't matter how good a doctor is if the front office is inefficient. They set the image of an establishment upon arrival.

I chose this office for my one year old son to see Dr. Collard. It's is EXTREMELY unprofessional, and they do not care abt the patients or their families at all. The front desk staff is highly unprofessional, rude, and they have no idea what their doing! When I called to reschedule an appt, they were ignoring me when I was talking, and were laughing with each other instead.
It took me having to yell at them for them to listen. Adding to that, when I took my son for his first appt with them, they did not ask for any past medical paperwork, shot records, etc. I didn't even sign a sign in form. NOTHING! First time with them, they had no idea abt his past medical history but still treated him. Didn't even ask for his age. Lastly, Dr. Collard is also unprofessional and should not be treating patients.
Not only did she not ask abt his age, or medical history, (until the third & final appt), but if she would have she would know my son has severely sensitive skin. He had a rash from wipes I used to clean him bc he was allergic to them. She prescribed an ointment (that did not work at all) and completely misdiagnosed him. Every visit we went too, she was completely scatter brained, talking 100 mph, and was jumping from subject to subject and never even answered my questions.
She rushed in and rushed out. She completely disregarded anything I had to say or ask. She is also extremely biased towards her opinions. I felt like I was being mom shamed the entire time bc of how she talks down on mothers who do things differently. This isn't even all of the problems I noticed. I would not recommend going here, go somewhere else.

Extremely rude and aggressive people work the phone lines at this establishment. I was trying to schedule a routine doctor's appointment, it took 30 minutes and 3 different people to fail me and waste my time. When I politely tried to explain my situation to the 3rd person who was asking the same exact question I got a mouth full of how busy they are at this location.
I asked to speak to their supervisor, they told me she was out and just hanged up on me. What kind of establishment are they running at that location? Who keeps going there? I understand that whoever is at front desk/answering the phone doesn't care about their patients. I will not be wasting my time calling or going there again!

My first time calling to make an appointment and the woman who answered the phone was very rude, raised her voice at me and had an attitude issue. Not a good look for a children's office. We are looking for someone to ensure the safety and well being of our children, if you do not like your job find a new one. Need less to say I won't be using them!

This place does not deserve any type of stars. The staff they have working for them, have no clue what they are doing. They are extremely rude, and will make you (the patient) seem like the one in the wrong because they don't own up to mistakes. The office manager, Debra, is just as rude and everytime we are there she is just sitting in her office doing nothing. Find another pediatrician and save yourself the headache of dealing with these unprofessional little girls.
