Today i had an appointment for my son, at 2.30pm at the Neighborhood Health @ Sherwood HallI.call in the morning to add my daughter to the appointment, I was given a 5pm appointment for her I told the receptionist that I didn't want to go home and come back that I will just take her to an urgent care she say no the appointment is just to have a spot for her as soon as you are done with your son you can go downstairs for your daughter, I did I check in around 2.50pm no one was waiting in the lobby or in the other rooms.the nurse stated wait for the doctor it should be about 10 minutes.
At 4pm we were still in room 1 waiting for the doctor I came out and asked the receptionist what happened she say I am sorry let me ask the the doctor. The doctor came out Dr. Bradley very rude and say your appointment is not until 5pm I have others patients that have appointment before you.if I can I will see you soon but if not you can go home and come back at your appointment time.
I say but I have been waiting for over an hour here she say yeah if you don't want to keep waiting you can go home and come back.i got very mad and left. This doctor clearly do not care about the patients. I will never let Dr. Bradley touch none off my kids

They refused to releases my child's medical records to SSI, after being given the necessary release paperwork signed by us. Almost cost my child SSI benefits. They never return phone calls, hardly ever pick up the phone and god forbid you leave a message for your doctor with reception because they'll never get it.

I checked in on the phone that I was there for my appointment and it said to wait in the parking lot until called. 1 hour later I'm waiting and trying to call to see what happening while getting no response so I go inside. The receptionist said that they can't see when people check in and I should have come in next time. I had to wait almost 2 hours before I was seen and I'm not coming back. I thought they were having an off day then decided to try again with a telemedicine phone call a few days later and received no call at all. I wouldn't recommend going here.

You have to wait for a long time to reach the appointment desk, once you do you have to get another appointment with someone who would call you at his/her preferred time to schedule you in for a lab work. The frustrating part is that initial person at the appointment desk will interview you first with a hell lots of questions and then only to let you know that she cannot schedule you and someone will call you, who knows when.
It is very frustrating and outdated way of scheduling. I loved this clinic due to Dr. Edda Varona, she has left this clinic now and I am considering leaving it too since the service is deteriorating instead of improving. They really need to improve otherwise patients will run out of patience. Their customer service will copy and paste the same exact response to everyone after seeing reviews :

My experience here was just okay. It wasn't that hard to make an appointment over the phone, and upon arrival I was called to the doctor's room about 10 mins after the appointment time. The doctor was very nice and helpful, she took care of all of my concerns during my general checkup. Some of the staff, on the other hand, are very disorganized. It took almost 40 mins to get out after the checkup.
They kept leaving the desk and coming back to schedule my next appointment. I told them that I had another unrelated appointment scheduled for next week but they tried to schedule one for 3 weeks later, so I had to remind them that it was already set. They also kept asking what was the reason for my gyno appointment, even when I was sitting in the waiting area with other people around. It wasn't a big deal but I was surprised at the lack of privacy.

If it were not for Dr Morris I'd run away as fast as I could from them. I absolutely hate this place. Dr Morris is amazing but unfortunately her colleagues are lazy and unproductive. I could call for days at a time and not get a response from anyone. Now Dr Morris is out of the office and I've been told for days someone would be sending my medications in and they keep pushing me off on someone else.
I even called to let them know I landed in the hospital with a new diagnosis and no one has called even after I've been calling non stop. This place is horrible and all I keep hearing is I'm sorry let me send an urgent message over which makes no difference because a person could be dead and in the ground before they realize it and call.

Doctor ignored my complaint and started addressing issue not a concern. Her assistant had to insist that the real complaint be addressed. Did not give me the lab test she stated she was. They refuse to make lab report. I have nit received good care under new doctor and assistant. Prejudice against black (nonhispanic)patients

I've been calling for a couple of days now. I've waited 15 minutes each time. even with 1003 extensions. The last time I went in person and saw 3 people at the front desk. I don't understand why no one ever picks up the phone. When I went in they didn't even know what I was asking and I still need to get a hold of someone. Is there any other way than just calling or going in?! Update: I called today and the process went smooth and I really Love Lesley M. She is the best!
