Dr. Maeso is fantastic! She helped me get my breathing and seasonal allergies under control. I highly recommend her! I would have given the clinic 5 stars if it weren't for the receptionists, billing department, and surgery coordinator. The front office and billing department just have little to no priority for customer service. I was quoted for 2 procedures, only 1 of which was covered by insurance.
So I chose to pursue that option. However, when I was called by the coordinator it was magically covered at some percentage. It's possible it was an honest mistake but that issue combined with a miscommunication in pre-op date left me lacking confidence for future engagements.

I had a great experience at Houston ENT and Allergy Clinic. The staff were friendly and professional. I got my ear wax cleaned by Dr. Nichols then he sent me to the audiologist which was in the same office. After that he went over the results and told me I have normal hearing so that was good news. Overall I would highly recommend coming here and I will be back myself.

I've been coming here for about 8 years and all my visits have gone pretty good. My only issue is that the receptionist is always a bit rude, especially when you ask her to repeat what was said. I don't understand why you'd act like that when you deal with people like me who are hearing impaired. : I don't know if she's still there but it's one of the reasons I haven't come back in a year.

I was supposed to have my cholesteatoma taken out. Went to post-op appt only to be told that Dr didn't take out all of infection because he didn't want me to lose hearing. I am more than irritated because I wanted all of infection out and did not care if I lost hearing. Dr. Nichols should listen to the patient, not what he wanted to do. Now am considering legal options

It was super easy to schedule an appointment which was a plus for me, the receptionist over the phone was so patient. Dr. Tammareddi was sweet and professional, the appointment was thorough and not one time did I feel rushed. She answered all my questions and I absolutely loved how she gave me other options before prescribing me prescriptions. The office was clean and they followed all covid protocols. They also validated my parking which was nice! I definitely recommend.

Dr. Maeso did my sinus surgery in 2015. I went from having frequent, terrible sinus infections to almost none at all. The ones I have had since the surgery are few and far between. They're also nothing like what they use to be. Even my allergy symptoms are not as bad as they once were. Things drain as they should. This has improved my quality of life significantly.
I no longer live in Houston, but would recommend Houston ENT to anyone in the Houston area suffering chronic sinus issues. Great staff, highly skilled doctors who answer all of your questions and take time with each of their patients. Thanks for the years of service.

Loved my experience working with Dr. Patricia Maeso. Came in with problems of not being able to breathe properly. She did all she could to cure me before recommending surgery. She was very detailed and likes to jot all notes down before going into a clear, concise, and fulfilling explanation of situation, task, next steps, and expected result. I had to get a septoplasmy (which she operated herself flawlessly) and she made me feel supported throughout the entire experience. Thank you Dr. for helping me breath again! Couldn't recommend a better ENT.

Dr McGraw Wall is a good Doctor but I feel that her office policies put your personal information at risk. They FORCE you to use an iPad every time you sign in. The software asks you questions similar to a first time visit questionnaire every time you visit (15-20 Screens of questions). The iPad is provided via a third party (Phreesia). You are asked many personal medical questions during the sign in process.
Towards the end of the questionnaire you are asked if it is OK for Phreesia to use your information. BEWARE! It is very easy to allow this third party access to your info. To make it worse you have to pay your co-pay on the same iPad. When I expressed my security concerns I was met with laughter and was openly mocked by the staff. When I asked if she would run my card on the regular Point Of Sale, she took my card and scanned it on the Phreesia iPad right in front of me and she was laughing while she did it.
I understand the need to move forward with technology but there is never a reason to allow our personally identifiable medical information to be obtained by a third party. There is also NO excuse for treating anyone the way I was treated during my visit. Cyber Security concerns are real and Houston ENT and Dr McGraw Wall should treat it as such.

There are no words to describe the quality of care I received from Dr. Maeso and her medical team (shout out to the best MA ever, Oralia!) here at Houston ENT & allergy. I came in as a new patient unable to talk, swallow, sleep and was absolutely miserable. They did everything in their power to keep me from going to the ER and took every measure to go the extra mile in caring for me. They treated me like family and made sure I didn't leave until I was 100% ok. I've found my new ENT doctor for LIFE. Thank you, all!

I was referred by my former primary care physician at Memorial Hermann Southwest Medical Group. I always hesitate to try someone outside of MH system. It was a hassle to make an appointment at this location. I wanted a specific doctor, not knowing he moved to the Sugar Land office. So it was replaced by a different person. I didn't realize this person's credentials until I was already in the waiting room.
I was told to fill up the paperwork online to save time in the waiting room. I was glad I did. Because the website was not well explained and very illogical. I almost called them to forget about my appointment and went elsewhere. Everyone who came to this clinic had some sort of sinus problems because I heard them talk funny. One elderly man was grumbling about how difficult it was to fill up the new patient form on a tablet.
I was glad I did it in private, because no one wants to hear me screaming. When I interacted with my doctor, she talked in jargon that I'm not familiar with. After I asked about it, she wrote the medical terms of my condition and medication I needed on a sticky note. She asked me to call back in a week for the summary of visit. The prescription is also over the counter.
I asked her to send it to my pharmacy because I don't know which one to buy. Guess what? She didn't send it. I ended up getting the wrong thing. After I went to my usual clinic at VAMC, my PA told me that was not the right treatment. Yeah. I'm not coming back. Because I already made appointment to see another ENT specialist.

The team of doctors and staff at this clinic are top notch. Doctor Nichols is highly skilled and experienced. The audiology team is staffed with well trained professionals and equipped with excellent tools for their work. My appointment went smoothly with only minimal wait time between interactions with staff and medical professionals.

I had a very good experience on my last appointment on 3/19. Short wait time and front desk staff was very efficient and friendly. Dr Nichols was also friendly and covered my issues very well and in a professional manner. Alyssa, Dr Nichols Physician's Assistant, was also very kind and helpful. All in all, a very positive doctor visit!

Very thorough. The most thorough doctor I have been to. The visit summary you get after your visit on their patient portal are very well organized and detailed. There is almost nothing from your visit that is not documented in this summary. Referrals made efficiently. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Exactly what u need if u find yourself in the situation I was in. Can u imagine going your whole life hearing everything perfectly.then wake up and u can't hear a pin drop. Now imagine that going on for 2 months.with NO HEARING Out of 1 ear.yes. I went to the E.R.I went to the family doctor. Only antibiotics and repeat trips.2 months I said. Now I go here and this older gentleman walks in.
I got soooo excited. I knew I was in the right place.he alone has had more than 30-40 years in it.and still pushing. I knew if he couldn't fix me.no one could. I WAS SO RIGHT.He identified the issue INSTANTLY.I was blown away. I walked out better than ever and with the knowledge to help others in that situation. #THIS IS THE PLACE
