For patients who need an alternative to health insurance plans, Midwest Minor Medical offers a symptom-based, cost-effective solution. Based on the complexity of the visit, the Cash Pay Discount Program reduces the uncertainty of the medical expenses and lowers the overall cost, and gives the patient a very good idea of what the final cost will be BEFORE they leave home.
We can assist our patients by filing claims with most insurance companies. Midwest Minor Medical is in-network with and can electronically file claims for most insurances. If you have a question about your insurance, it is best to call your insurance company yourself to verify your specific coverage, co-pay, co-insurance and deductible and any other questions with their customer service representative.

From bad to GOOD! Went here many years ago and for a cough they charged me way over 600 bucks and sent me to collections and then collections was also shady. Had to come back to this same location because I through my shoulder out and was told it was under new management, when the new folks seen I had a past bill and learned I had pretty much been screwed, (Brad through that bill out) And on my current one made a payment plan for me because my insurance sucked! Front Desk Jennifer was awesome, doctors were great! These people care about your health as well they won't screw you over on the charges!

Amazing customer service! The best nurse practitioner and staff I have ever come across. She knew I was concerned about Covid prior to traveling to visiting family who is a week out from delivery. You cannot ask for better care! I was told from a prior clinic after watching person after person it's a walk in clinic, deal with it. You are welcome.avoid 156th and Q attaches to Walgreens and come here. Best service you will ever receive in town; provided by the best care for you and your loved ones!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! My son has high school baseball tryouts today. We found out this afternoon that he never turned in his school physical form and he had lost it. I called our Dr. office and they did not have a copy because it was on a school specific form and his family Dr. was out of the office today and unable to complete a new form.
At 3:00 we learned that in order to try out (aka have any chance of playing baseball this year), he had to have a new physical and the form turned into the activities office by 4:00 for approval. Midwest Minor Medical did everything possible to expedite the process, letting our son get his physical while his dad worked on paperwork. They then faxed the form to the activities office while my husband drove a copy there in person just in case.
My son was approved for tryouts by the activities office with TWO MINUTES to spare. I didn't think it was possible, but it was thanks to MMM's urgent action that he met his deadline. After MONTHS of working out preparing for these tryouts, Midwest Minor Medical was a true lifesaver today. As if that wasn't enough, they just called my husband to follow up and see if my son was able to make the cutoff. What a wonderfully supportive touch on their part. I'm so impressed and can never fully express my gratitude. Thank you!

I really liked this place when I first visited back in December 2020 and now apparently it is run under new management and that's where it went downhill for me. I havent necessarily had any problems with the PAs, its the completely rude and unpersonable woman at the front desk. She has long hair and wears glasses didn't catch her name but oh my gosh I'd be embarrassed to have someone so cold to work in my office.
It made me feel like I wasn't welcomed there at all. They have all my information on file from the past and this lady refused to check me in without an ID. She could tell me where I lived verified my name and my insurance and I still had to go back home to get my ID I haven't had a place do that to me that already has my information on file since I lived in arizona.
Just really disappointed In their choice for someone to be at the front desk to welcome people. I mean it's a small thing but there was a lap a girl in there wearing no shoes just sitting at the computer. Really unprofessional and this place needs their old management back
