Dr. Umang Khetarpal finished his medical school at the young age of 22 and is doubly trained in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck and Facial Plastic Surgery, 1st in India and then USA. He completed his internship and specialty residency training in Syracuse, New York.

Dr K is a great doctor! He is always calm yet funny at the right moments. His explainations are concise so that you have a clear understanding of what you need to do to fix your issues. He also explains what he is going to do on his side to get the next step cleared with your insurance. When I had my CT scan, he let me sit at the computer and look at the scans, which I thought was very cool.
His office staff is very nice, caring and funny. I've never had to wait more than twenty minutes or so to be seen. Dr. K cares a great deal about helping his patients and will answer any questions you have.

I had my Balloon Sinuplasty 2 weeks ago and honestly it has gone very well! I can breath, noticed significant changes after the 1st day : Pain was very minimum after the procedure, only lasted for about 4 hours, didn't take antibiotics or anything, bleeding was very light. During the procedure with local Anesthesia, I had no pain at all, and was fully aware during the entire process. Honestly this procedure has helped a lot And I truly recommend Dr. K
