Everyone here was very nice and laid back while remaining professional and provided high quality care. I liked my eye exam with Dr Doan and would come back again if I need any eye care. I appreciated that I didn't have to wait very long (less than 2 minutes maybe). FYI parking below the building can be validated by someone at the optometrists front desk. Also the office is in a larger building complex, looking from the street it's the building on the right, on the second floor (I believe room 200).

The doctor gave me clear explanation about my examination result. The service was efficient and given in a professional way. Very satisfied as a new customer.

Love getting my eyes checked here. I had Lasik and require an annual check up. The Doctors have been great with telling me what's happening to my eyes in simple to understand language. Very friendly and helpful. The office is clean and is a nice place to visit.

Experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was helpful and friendly. The doctor explained everything clearly and was pleasant to talk with. The appointment was thorough, and I was in and out pretty quickly. (Good selection of frames, too!)

I provided eye insurance, but they also wanted medical insurance and said they might bill me personally if I didn't provide it. They couldn't explain why they needed both and it seemed sketchy so I left without being treated.

My husband and I have been coming here for years. The staff are friendly and professional. They always take great care of us. Dr. Doan is absolutely wonderful!

NVDO is pretty stellar. Dr. Doan is so friendly and helpful in her explanations of what is happening with your eyes. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming and the process of checking in and getting called back is seamless. Parking is clear on their website and they validate!

Worst experience - COME AT YOUR OWN RISK The place was super hard to find - the parking lot and the elevator. I booked for 2 exams which takes an hour to operate, but they squeezed me into an half hour appointment. I drove for an hour from Maryland, just because I was referred by my world bank colleagues. I was late for 10 minutes and then another 10 minutes lost in the garage struggling to find the right elevator with the operator on the line. They cancelled my appointment because of that. Really sad and unpleasant experience.

I never recommend eye DRs, but this is an exception. First class eye care center. Friendly professional staff in all areas from Reception to Records Management, appointment scheduling, to checkout with fee processing. smooth as silk. Was extremely impressed with the patience of the eye doctor's assistant as she prompted me through all the high-end eye exam testing equipment they have there.

Full scope exam. The Eye DR himself gave a comprehensive exam, identified issues with my previous Orism perscription, and identified that I had cataracts. Then provided a referral (with all supporting documentation. unique to this DR) to the best cataract surgeon for me to contact. THIS OFFICE IS DEFINITELY MY NEW EYE CARE CENTER--miles above service provided by previous eye DR offices I have used. Highly recommended!

Northern Virginia Doctors keep getting better through out the upcoming years. Their staff is so professional and customer-friendly. Definitely recommend this really good optometry clinic. I had a 100% customer satisfaction level of service
