Our full service office provides premium obstetric and gynecological care with the latest ultrasound equipment, assessment and biophysical profile analysis. In the delivery room, she shared stories about her family and really helped lighten the mood which is no easy task. She is incredibly easy to talk to and I really feel as though she listens to me when I am speaking, never rushing me out of the office. During my postpartum follow-up appointment, we spoke about my daughter and shared pictures. You can tell she really cared and I wasn't just another patient.

Today was my first OB appointment and I couldn't be more happy. The ultrasound tech was very thorough and took her time. The nurse for Dr. Taam was very kind and listened to my needs and I couldn't be more happy with Dr. Taam. She truly took her time with the first examination and answered all my questions in details, even noted out things that the last OB I went to never told me. I've had nothing but a great experience. If you're looking for a office that is friendly and cares, please give Green Valley a try. The vibes are good and it's super clean!

While I really liked Dr. Marinone (phenomenal interpersonal communication & skills), the CNA who took my vitals seemed pretty cold and I felt confused while waiting what the process was going to be and when the doctor might be coming back. Since then I've tried switching birth control from the pill to an IUD and it's been a mess in communication and lack thereof.
The nurse who I talked to assumed that I would want a specific IUD although I had said I needed the non-hormonal, copper one. So when I went to schedule an appointment, I was told that they didn't have the IUD on hand that I needed and they would have to talk to my insurance and call me back. They forgot to call me back because I didn't receive any update until I called back a day or two after I was supposed to hear from the doctors office.
During this process, I had to go in multiple times to physically sign documents that I couldn't sign and email back because they don't have an email only a fax machine (in year 2022, really no email? It's not like they had to verify more than my birthdate when I walked in anyways). When I was originally trying to set up the IUD appointment, no one let me know that those appointments are only set up when you are on your period.
I only found that out when I was trying to set up an appointment with a different OBGYN office who told me the actual process for an IUD insertion. I had to switch offices for my IUD because the nurse basically let me know that "unfortunately we can't help you". Also, I'm trying to have my records sent over to the new OBGYN office and it's been 4 days and the new office has yet to receive them, so I had to call Green Valley again to have them sent over instead of going in person as I was going to do after I had the physical documents in my hand but they promised they were sending them immediately.
Perhaps it was technology error in the faxing process or something at the new OBGYN office in being able to receive the documents, but I have had multiple poor communication experiences with Green Valley that it's completely frustrating and I can't trust them to do what they say they will.

I can't review the doctors because I never made it that far. I was contacted less than a week before my first appointment and was told that they refuse to see me for my first mammogram without receiving previous medical records first. The receptionist was incredibly rude, and it was impossible to have a productive two-way conversation with her.
She refused to work with me at all. This was a clear indication of the quality of care I would have received. I wish I had read these reviews and asked local friends about their experiences before I wasted my time.

I absolutely loved my time at Green Valley with Dr. Callahan! She was very kind and cared about more than just my health, she asked about my family, my job, life updates and much more. She the first ever OB that I saw and I was TERRIFIED on my first visit. She and the nurses made me feel comfortable and told me exactly what I would expect! The only reason I am not longer at the office is due to my health insurance switching but I am forever thankful for the team at Green Valley!

Dr Clark is an outstanding provider. I have recommended several other ladies to see her. She is always so kind and very personable. Her bedside manner is very professional and caring. She takes her time and seems to really care about your concerns. She also delivered my 2 year old daughter and was awesome in the delivery room. I highly recommend her.

I went to an amazing doctor here for 10 years before he retired. I was assigned a new doctor, who was also male. The new doctor made inappropriate comments while performing exam, asking if I was a "swinger." When I asked to transfer to a new doctor this year, I was asked not to "jump around." When I replied that I was only moving doctors because I was uncomfortable, the receptionist cut me off and said "I'm not saying you can't transfer doctors, I'm just asking you to try to stick with one." A friend referred me to her doctor at another practice so I called back a few weeks later and I was told there is a $10 fee for transfer of medical records.
I was shocked and said (again) "I'm leaving your practice because your doctor made me uncomfortable and you're saying I'm stuck with you unless I pay a $10 fee?" At this point the correct response would have been to address that I was made to feel uncomfortable but instead she said (verbatim) "No one is saying you're stuck. But there's a $10 fee." Do not go to this practice, they'll make inappropriate comments, silence you, gaslight you, and punish you with fees for wanting to leave.

The nurse practitioners at this practice are excellent providers, but one receptionist that is known to have worked there for 17 years is another story. Upon checking in, she first told me that I was not covered by my insurance provider. I, of course, knew that she was wrong, she did not check the updated information on my card with the information in her computer, this was an insult.
At one point I informed her that I would be nearing the age to obtain Medicare, without asking any questions, she immediately stated that I would not be covered. She failed to ask if I would have supplemental insurance for coverage of doctor visits. I feel that as a person of her experience, she needs to educate herself on matters such as these so as not to misrepresent the company or belittle a patient. She also provided a different answer for another patient who inquired about the same answer to my question. I was really startled amongst other feelings.

Been going here for 19 years. Have seen all of the Dr's. Two of them have delivered my babies. There is 1 Dr there that is fairly new (within the last 5-6 years) that had me so upset another Dr had to talk me down along with several nurses. She was rude and insulting. I would give that Dr a 1 Star. But the practice overall, their staff, and nurses, minus this Dr gets a 5 star rating in my book.

Dr. Kaplan was my daughter and he was great, but when i went into labor Dr. Ross was scheduled to deliver my baby and she was just sitting in front of me with my legs wide open on her phone while I was pushing. I pushed one last time and my daughter came out and thankfully the nurse caught my daughter before she fell on the floor.

I was shocked when i saw this 1 star review of GVOBGYN. I Have been using them since I was 16 years old. Never have I ever had a bad experience here. I guess I can tell you my Dr's name is Dr Kaplan. I was nervous when i made my appt. BC Dr Kaplan told me he was planning on retiring soon. I am glad he is still there, but without any qualms I would have made an appt. with any of the Dr's there.
Now I couldnt say I would make another appt. if I had a bad experience, but they have given me no reason to leave. I'll leave another review when I see a new Dr. But until then I would rate them a 10.

Very disappointed. I have been waiting for 2 month for my appointment to get here today and they said they need to reschedule again because I got there a bit late and now they want me to wait for another month. I don't like to be treat as a number. I want to be treat as any woman deserves to be treat.
