Mountain View Pediatrics PA

My Daughter has been going here since she was born. We always go to the Lenoir office and we're seeing Dr. clapp and Donnie. When Donnie left we were given the option to see anybody but Dr. clapp, Who we have seen multiple times but was not listed as the primary provider. As a mom I was not very happy about this. My only option was to go to the Morganton office which I have had issues with since day one.

The administrative staff is extremely rude and the office manager did not return any of my phone calls except for one. They also sent me a bill for my medical records when I requested they be sent somewhere else. This was not my choice and I should've never been sent a bill for this. I work in healthcare and there is no reason to ever Be as rude as the Morganton administrative staff is.

The stuff in the Lenore office was always amazing, the nurses were amazing and the providers were amazing I never had a problem so I'm not sure what goes on in Morganton but it needs to be taken care of.

Seeing a lot of 1 and 2 stars reviews and i honestly don't get it. I take all 3 of my girls here and the staff is always wonderful. We see Dr Kelly in the subfloor area and her team is always so welcoming and kind with my little ones. Would not recommend you go anywhere else with your kids but here. Thank you girls for the awesome job and excellent service every single time I've been by.

Love this office.providers that do care and even in stressful times give good advice or see my children. I have been called, when I leave a message, with in a normal time frame. Wait times during a pandemic is something we should show a little grace with as they are working hard.

Really need to replace all their receptionist with people who are more positive with better attitudes who knows how to do their job correctly. If you do that, this clinic will be perfect! Don't let lazy, rude and obnoxious people represent your clinic.

Mountain view is a great place to take your children. Kristy Anderson is a very caring Dr to my daughter. I have no complaints with this place and would recommend.

Been here once and they were kind enough to still see me because I drove to the wrong office and showed up late which was so kind of them! Anyways, can I just tell you how unprofessional and rude the receptionist is? I called her yesterday because I wanted to make an appointment for my child and she immediately gave me an attitude when I asked about their sick appointments only because I truly did not understand how their policy work as it's unconventional in comparison to other clinics since she told me I'd have to call back the next day for an appointment I wanted to book in the future.

I guess she expects patients to know everything to save her time from professionally answering to you. Regardless, I figured maybe she was having a bad day. Called back again this morning and guess what? Same attitude. You can hear resentment and nuisance in her tone of voice. I hope she knows that just because people can't see you doesn't mean they can't read your sense of attitude. MVP needs to find a professional staff or train people like this to portray and implement professionalism because it's people like these that gives an entire facility a bad rep. So glad I do not regularly go to this office as I would hate to deal with a Karen everytime I needed to make a ring to their office.

As soon as you walk in and Leslie's smiling friendly face, makes the day start off good. You are treated like family. Kids have been going there for 20 years. Dr. Medina is the best Dr. You could ever ask for. They always work you in and make time for you. If you need an appt. The nicest 1 to talk to is Scott. So nice and friendly. They all care for you like family. Then at checkout the lady always is nice and asks how you are. They are GREAT!#!#!#!##

I will never take my kids here again. The billing is completely inaccurate and apparently you aren't allowed to call the front desk to make an appointment to speak with your child's pediatrician to request a referral. I really loved Kelly Bradley and her nurse, Logan but everything else about this practice is garbage.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this practice. Kelly Bradley takes such amazing care of my children's medical needs. She is always quick to answer all of my questions concerning their care.

Kristy Anderson and her team is amazing. I have almost 10 years of experience being a mother of 2 of her patients. I've always had wonderful experiences. Any problems that I have had, have been resolved fast and efficiently. They are very professional and treat my children with kindness and respect. PS. Kim is the sweetest person to get on the phone with when needing medical advice/making an appointment.
