From the front desk until you see the doctor the experience is amazing. Both doctors are wonderful and amazing at their craft. Those ladies are very concerned about your health and well being. Being going their for quite some time now and I love it. My journey has been long but they are sticking in there with me thru it all.

I was ready to go in for my appointment as a new patient, and have decided to look elsewhere already. I called to confirm my appointment, as I made it online, and wanted to make sure all was good with someone from the front desk. A gentleman answered the phone, and put me on hold right away. Which is understandable, I'm sure they are very busy. Then a young lady gets on the phone and ask for my info.

She was polite and put me on hold so that she can check to make sure my appointment was ready to do. After a few minutes, the same gentleman picked up the phone was very rude with me. He asked me how he could help me, I explained I was on hold as the previous lady had me on hold. I did not appreciate his response with "ok, well I'm here, how can I help you".

It was the tone he used and it was very unprofessional. Unfortunately I will look elsewhere, due to this gentleman ruining my first time experience with this office. Very disappointing.

I have been with Dr. A for a long time maybe 15-20 years. She has always been perfect in her analysis of any problem as well as any actions needed to solve any problems. She is professional in her job and has a very pleasing personality. I can say without a doubt that I can depend on her whatever the problem. Yes, she is my family doctor and she has my highest recommendation. If you want truth, excellent medical attention, someone who cares, excellent staff, and even financial savings go see Dr. A. You'll be glad you did.

Everything was great! I was establishing my pcp after moving to Texas. Only thing I wish that was better was that they would have followed up on my blood tests (I'm assuming everything was fine, but I also wouldn't know since I only saw my results online).

The staff is absolutely amazing! I love the fact that Doctor A takes her time to address your concerns, I never feel rushed or like I'm just another patient. She's very caring and understanding, I'm so grateful that I found her.

Upon moving here, I wanted to find a doctor for our family who is as warm and caring as my doctor back home. I chose Arbor Greene and connected with the staff instantly. There is not one person in that office who is not warm and friendly. Doctor "A" is very warm, open, welcoming, caring, and knowledgeable. I appreciate all she and her staff does to help us keep our family healthy. Mrs. Meegan Houston-Gantt

I went here for over a year and after switching providers have to say I'm much happier elsewhere. The front staff is rude, gossipy and rushes you through. The wait time is always an hour or longer. I have thyroid issues and they made me come in and spend $100 per appointment almost every month for a year to read lab results and get refills for prescriptions instead of discussing them over the phone.

They provide results in the app so I'm not sure what the point of that is if they won't discuss anything unless it's in person, which is a huge hassle. This is the only doctor I've had that makes you come in and spend money just to speak to them. I would beg the nurses to get either doctor to call me back and they never would unless I made an appointment.

I love Dr A. I've been seeing her for about 10 years. Sometimes there is a long wait but she gives me the attention I deserve when it's my turn. I drive pretty far to see her but I like her care so I continue to go to her.

Dr Alaidroos is absolutely awesome. She has a great, caring, professional staff. They were very kind and thoughtful. Dr Alaidroos is very warm, genuine, and smart. She's also really beautiful : If you live in Dallas you would really do well making her your primary physician.

Today was my first visit. My appoint was at noon and arrived on time. I signed in and took a seat but while I was signing in, the front desk did not even speak to me so I spoke to him. After about 10 min he asked me if I filled out the online documents. I told him nobody instructed me to do so. (that took up more time when I could've done it online) By the way, nobody from the office called me the day before to confirm my appointment.

My OBGYN is really good about that. 40 min after, my weight was checked, my blood pressure and I was put in a room. I waited a total of 60 minutes and still wasn't seen by the doctor. I left and asked for my money back. I'm 30 min late for work. This was a very bad impression for my first visit. Why go here when I can go to a state of the art clinic or hospital that has friendlier and professional staff.

The office looked really old and I didn't even see them wipe down the thermometer or the blood pressure cuff before using it on me. I will not be returning and I wouldn't waste my time guys coming here.

My boyfriend was looking for a new physician. And have this doctor a chance. He had all his paperwork completed before the appointment and STILL had to wait almost an hour. Not to mentioned the paper work looked like it had been copied over and over, using white out, and faded. He was called back and I went back with him, they first check his blood pressure then was put in a room, EVERYONE there looks miserable!

We then again waited another 30 min. After she came in she seemed fine. My boyfriend had been having very high blood pressure and had gone to the ER. Told the doc everything that had been going on. She started bashing at all the Doctors and even his new cardiologist. Who does that? That there alone is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! As I was trying to give my input she was very quick to cut me off! RUDE!

She requested him to come back for blood work and told us not to go to his cardiologist and how he didn't know anything! My boyfriend gave this doctor another chance. He went back for blood work and STILL has not called us for blood results! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! NEGATIVE STARS HERE!

Front desk staff is rude and very unprofessional. My wait time was over 45min past my appointment time. Don't bother with this place. If I could give it a negative star - I would.

Not a great experience for me at all. walked in early, the gentlemen up front was not inviting nor polite to talk to. He was eager to get back to texting his friends then helping me get signed in. Did not wait long to see the doctor which was nice. I was visiting the doctor for stomach pain and she came in and spent about 2 minutes with me before sending me off to get a scan.

There was no real examination at all. Was charged 100 dollars to be asked 3 or 4 questions then told to call a company to get a scan done. Waste of time/Money/and not a great experience especially from the front desk gentlemen.

I made an appointment for my annual physical for Dr. Alaidroos, so I arrived with the new patient forms completed about 15 minutes before my appointment. After being received by an overworked receptionist, I had to wait for over 35 minutes to be attended by the nurse to take my vitals practically in the front office at sight of all other patients.

Without my knowledge, and after another long wait in the exploration room, I was seen by Dr. Alaidroos associate, Dr. Risha Coopel; who after asking me a few questions, she proceeded to check only my chest sounds. Then, she wrote my refill prescription and the blood work order without doing the PHYSICAL EXAMINATION. I asked Dr. Coppel if I was going to see her for my physical after the the drawn of the blood, but she said "we don't do that anymore, just the lab work." A few days after, I received a call from Dr. Alaidroos nurse asking me to go see the doctor about my lab results.

This time, I was attended by Dr. Alaidroos and all she did was to read and interpret my lab results, which is something good; but again, no physical examination. When a patient asks for a physical, what the patient is expecting is a full physical and should get a real physical and not only a chemical analysis. Both Dr. Alaidroos and Dr. Coppel provide poor attention and service.

I am very sorry to say, but any mediocree doctor can do what they do with the same efficiency. Another thing I liked very much is their wide hours and days of patient attention, something not any doctor is willing to provide. That is why I am giving them two stars.

I had a 3:00p appointment with new patient forms completed, in-hand. But being a new patient, I knew it might require a little time so out of courtesy for the staff and other patients, I arrived at 2:20p. Even with everything completed on my end, I didn't get to the doctor until an hour later! Bedside manner was horrible. Conversation and attention was abrupt and discourteous.

It must have been a bad day. I gave her benefit of the doubt. I had another appointment a few days later to discuss lab work. I made the appointment for 8:15a so I could get to work. I arrived at 8:00a and was the only patient in the waiting room. I saw the doctor 45 minutes later! She said this was normal and I should understand she was busy. SHE SHOULD UNDERSTAND HER PATIENTS ARE BUSY!

Treat others the way you want to be treated! Unprofessional. Uncaring. Argumentative. Insensitive. I would not see this doctor if she had the only water in a desert. Do NOT go to this doctor's office. (I use the term doctor for lack of a more qualified term).

One of the worst doctor's visits I've ever had. After not having gone to a doctor in over 10 years, I finally made an appointment for a physical and a foot pain. The wait time was about 20 minutes. I go into her office and describe the problem. As I'm describing my foot problem, she says to me that I have a very bad odor and she asked me if I ate any type of odoresquee foods?

I said, it's 10:00am and all I've had was tea. She then tells me that my foot pain is Plantar Fasciitis. She says she'll write it down for me so that I can look it up online if I want. Recommended for me to get Dr scholls. She then walks outs and as she leaves, says to me to make sure I do laundry? If I had a body odor, why not help identify the problem instead of telling me to go do laundry as if I don't do laundry regularly once a week. Will never use her again.

Dr. Alaidroos is direct and down to earth like an old girlfriend. Read my previous review for even more details. This update is to inform you that they have changed their scheduling policy. The last time I had an appointment, I called ahead to ask how long the wait was. I intended to wait at home! She told me the scheduling policy had changed and that I may wait 15 minutes. She was right! I arrived, had my time with the doctor, and left in a little less than one hour. Woo hoo! Way to step it up!

I had absolutely no problem with my visit today. I showed up 10 minutes early, filled out my paperwork, and only waited 10 minutes before I was called into a room. Once I was in a room, I only waited another 10 minutes before the doctor showed up. She was great! Very personable, knowledgeable, and understanding. She was straight to the point and I was out of there in no time.

If you show up early enough, have your paperwork completed beforehand (via ZocDoc), and have everything needed for identification purposes and you should have no problems. I was a new patient and I had absolutely no problems with this doctor.

12/5/2014 I went in for an abnormal lab work follow up because apparently, they do not give them over the phone. First visit on 11/20/214 was my physical and I was a new patient. Wait time wasn't too bad just 30 min. Doctor was friendly. I was feeling good about finally finding a new doctor. Fast forward to 12/5/2014, I had an appointment at 4:15 pm.

I get there earlier and only 3 people in front of me. 40 min later, I'm still in the lobby area waiting to be called back. I asked the nurse how much longer because I had to take my son to his driving classes by 7 pm. mind you it's Friday and traffic is a B. She says oh let me take your vitals and take you back. She takes me back and puts me in a room. Tells me doctor will should be in shortly. 35 min passes by and I'm pissed as hell so I walk out.

I tell the guy at reception, how rude it is to have an appointment and having to wait for an hour and 20 min to just get some lab results. He looks at me and says sorry. He asks me to reschedule. REALLY? No thank you, I will not be coming back. I'm fed up with doctors abusing our time. If we are late, we are rescheduled and a fee is imposed. Advice, FIND SOMEONE ELSE.

Horrible office organization that don't understand the concept of an APPOINTMENT. I made an appointment for 12:00pm. At 12:30 I asked how much longer. The receptionist responded "about 35 more minutes". Then started to tell me about patients ahead of me and all that BS. Clearly a walk-in first come first basis where appointments don't mean anything with no courtesy of notifying patients who made the appointment.

I can understand if the office is backed up with patients. It happens all the time. But the lack of courtesy to notify appointment patience clearly shows no regards for patient's other plans. I faster for twelve hours and drove 45 minutes only to walk away after the way I was treated. A total waste of my day. Hope it doesn't happen to anyone else.

I initially made an 11:15 appointment at Dr. Alaidroos' office because I was looking for a doctor open on Saturdays. Don't you believe it. My 11:15 appointment turned into an hour and forty-five minute wait. I eventually had to re-schedule because I had other things to do. The male receptionist was rude, and a blaring TV and terrible music playing simultaneously in the waiting room did not leave a positive impression.

I attempted to keep my re-scheduled appointment at 9:15. I made it as far as the examination room, waited about forty-five minutes before a nurse informed that Dr. Alaidroos was late returning from the hospital! Why does this doctor make appointments with patients when she knows she is not even going to be in her clinic? Tiresome, unprofessional, and not worth your time, no matter what D Magazine says. I will not be returning.
