Saw Dr Cox. I waited a reasonable amount of time to be seen. She and her staff were helpful, compassionate and thorough. I didn't feel rushed and she took the time to go over any issues and questions that I had. The front office was polite, friendly and helpful. I have no reason to go elsewhere. Highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Novosad was awesome. However, her staff was awful. Courtney, her practice manager, said she would call me back at specific times and dates. She never called back when she said she would. When Courtney finally contacted me, she contradicted everything Dr. Novosad said during my appointment. She kept sighing when I tried to talk and talked over me. I cannot recommend this practice due to the horrible staff.
