Fantastic service by Doctor Saul and other amazing front desk staff. I came in today for a general eye exam check-up and a fitting contact lense exam. The exams were done thoroughly with different types of modern machines. It was actually the most thorough eye exams that I've been through. The front desk staff are amazing. They put in the effort to figure out ways to use my insurance plan to the fullest so that I did not have to pay anything out of pocket for my contact lenses supply. Satisfied experience overall. Definitely recommend to other people. Please keep it up and thank you for your service!

I was very happy with the treatment i received. The whole team went beyond my expectations. The Dr was very informative and took extra time to fully explain everything. I definitely will be a returning customer and would be quite comfortable referring anyone to them for eye care!

This was my first visit and I had a great experience. The office staff was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Dr. Brophy did the exam and educated me on the health of my eyes, but also took my hobbies into account when writing my prescription. Great frame selection, as well. Definitely won't be my last appointment!

Just got home from my first visit to their offices, and I can't say how great it was. The staff was super friendly when I arrive, and the doctor took the time to explain some nuances that I've never been told about contacts. They were quick and showed a lot of care to get it right. My prescription changed slightly, but I can easily see a difference.

When it came to the glasses, they didn't have exactly what I wanted in stock, but they were able to order what I was looking for. I also learned while selecting frames that sunglasses have different lens sizes compared to the regular glasses which made them fit my face oddly. I was a bit bummed that the sunglasses I have that fit perfectly weren't available as daily glasses.

They took the time to find my exact sunglasses in the colors I wanted, and requested clear lenses in place of the normal dark ones. So with all their help and care I got exactly what I wanted and they were very accommodating and knowledgeable. Can't recommend this place enough.

They were friendly, helpful and I was seen on time. They went over the bill, made sure to go over all available options so I got what I wanted. Let me know when my order we be in.

They have a large selection of frames and contact lenses. The staff is friendly and it's really easy to schedule an appointment. They get 4 stars because the last couple of appointments we've had to wait quite a bit after our scheduled time.

The person's who helped me, yes person's were both very kind and professional. I was in & out in a very timely matter. I ask one of them if they could take a look at my old pair of glasses that had a couple issues with the frame. They not only took the time to assess them but they also took them into the back room where a technician was working and in about 10 minutes, he brought them out to me with the arms adjusted, new nose cushions and all polished up.

They looked and fit like they did when I first purchased them 2 1/2 years ago. To top it off, all at no charge. That, I did not expect. They definitely earned my respect and gained a life long customer. Thank you Gresham Optical!

I have been a patient of Dr Brophy for 30 years. I have never had a bad experience. He is always caring and thorough and uses the latest equipment. The staff is also helpful and create a very efficient office including an effective pre-exam. The high quality also adds to patient's safety in this COVID-19 pandemic limited environment. Thank you!

The staff and doctors were super nice and helped me with picking a frame to giving me info about differences in products which was so helpful. Doctor Saul answered all my questions thoroughly and took time to go in depth about explaining processes of the eye in regards to my situation. I learned several things today! Its great to be able to see the inside of your eyes and their health. Nice, clean and spacious. Would recommend.

Courteous and professional as always. have had Dr. Stahl many times. She's lovely. Sorry for the spelling of your name! She got to see many times last year trying to get my bifocal contacts correct. She was so patient and it took many trips. Thanks Dr stahl!

This office has had an amazing remodel. It is simply beautiful, tastefully done, with delightful design choices. Pauley is the sweetest Optician. Not only is she cheerful, pleasant, and kind, she is also very knowledgeable and helpful. She navigates through vision insurance benefits, frame selection, and frame fitting efficiently and effectively. The office has strict safety guidelines in place to ensure all CDC guidelines are in place to maximize safety in the office at all times. Thank you Pauley for going above and beyond to make our eyeglass shopping experience delightful!

My son and I have been patients of this office for about 6-7 years, then my husband the last 4. My daughter had her 5-year check up and it was recommended that her eyes be checked. She was prescribed glasses. They said to wait 1-2 weeks for her eyes to adjust. I called to make a follow-up to check her prescription because my daughter kept saying the glasses made everything "fuzzy ".

My husband brought my daughter and was informed she wasn't on the schedule. There was no apology and the receptionist asked my husband, "are you sure your wife even scheduled an appointment?" We've noticed a high turnover rate the last few years, but it's just kept going downhill. I emailed the office my concerns and never heard back.

We decided to go to a different doctor and really loved it! The doctor scanned my husband's glasses and sunglasses, and told us he was over prescribed because it was stronger than it needed to be. We will never go back to Gresham Optical! You've taken our money for garbage prescriptions.

I accidentally sat on my glasses and broke a screw. I walked into Gresham Optical and they fixed them in 15 minutes and no charge. That's a positive experience in my book, and I recommend them from my service experience, to their interactions with other patients. Very friendly place and people!

Dr. Brophy is awesome. I wouldnt rather go to any other place to get my eyes taken care of.

This practice is the best! State of the art diagnostic equipment, friendly and fun doctor and a great selection of hardware options. The staff is knowledgeable and they take the time to share what they know. I am so happy I moved my care to Gresham Optical.

Amazing customer service! I am visiting from out of town and lost a tiny screw in my glasses, so the lens popped out. The screws in my eyeglass repair kit were too large, so we called Gresham Optical and they were open - it is the day after New Years - and thought they could help. Not only did they find a replacement screw, they did the repair, carefully refitted the glasses and adjusted them, and did not charge a cent! I am very grateful!

I have never in my life had to deal with worse customer service than with this group of incompetent people. Dr. Greg is amazing. I definitely couldn't say the same about anyone else in this office. I showed up for my appointment ten minutes early to fill out new patient paperwork. I turned it into the same lady that gave it to me. They "forgot" about me and I waited an hour and a half to finally be seen.

It was a Saturday so I understood it was busy. But forgetting about patients is ridiculous. I was told that my new glasses would take a week and a half. It's been almost three weeks now and I still haven't received them. I've called numerous times. Once the lady told me she was going to call me back and never did. I had to call them back only to be told that they were going to sent out the next day.

Which was a lie. I called again and the lady couldn't find them after asking me for my name multiple times and placing me on hold for minutes at a time. She then transferred me to another lady without a wor that told me two different stories. I'll be happy when this nightmare is over. This place is terrible! The one star I'm giving is for Dr. Greg.

Time and money waster. While the staff is friendly, the are overpriced and ineffective in their service. Waited 30 minutes beyond appointment time to be rushed through the examination. Went to pick up glasses, they had been ordered wrong by the staff, and I was then informed the right Rx would be $150 more than what I had already paid. Additionally, I have since learned their frames/lenses are approx. 30% more than any of the other optical shops I have checked out, that is with insurance.

By the time I finish getting my refund, and having my insurance refunded so I can seek services elsewhere, about 3 hours of wasted time. I will not return for service and would not recommend them to anyone.

I'm here in Portland for a wedding and my eye with my gas permeable contact started getting irritated. I didn't have my plunger. This place was so nice and gave me one form their supply and threw in eye drops to help with irritation. They are a life saver!

I love Gresham Optical. Dr Greg Brophy is great and the staff if wonderful! My husband was getting his eye care while I waited in the waiting room looking over all the options on frames. One of the wonderful ladies (Kaylynn) that works there was very helpful in telling me all the pros and cons on the frames I liked. She even showed me some that I might not have seen that I really liked!

I felt like I had been well informed and could make a good decision about the frames and the lenses. Later on, the lenses got a scratch and we had paid to have the scratch resistant surface. Well one call into Kaylynn and she took care of it! Very prompt and helpful. I would highly recommend using Gresham Optical!
