Richmond Surgical Arts is fantastic. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and exceptionally trained. The first staff member I met was Lisa. She patiently sat with me to address all my concerns and goals for my skin. I've had several peels with her and the results have been excellent. I had a consultation with Dr. Lyman as well. He took time with me and was so thorough with his explanation of various procedures. I feel so fortunate to have found this amazing group for all my skincare needs!

Lisa at RSA has done an exceptional job with my scar fraxel sessions. For starters she is very personable, professional, and knowledgeable about the entire process. My scar has changed drastically since I began my sessions at there! The front desk staff is also so nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend going to RSA for your skin treatments!

RSA delivers life-changing results! Dr. Lynam and his nurse Lauren are so warm and welcoming throughout the whole surgical experience. I had a trans-axillary breast augmentation in July of this year, and I have honestly had the best support team and experience possible. If you are thinking about it, DO IT! DO IT! DO IT! Lisa Klemmer is amazing at what she does! I always feel so comfortable around her and she makes you feel so good about yourself and the procedure she is doing. If I ever have any questions (which is rare! Because she describes everything she is doing in a perfect and understandable way!) she is always there to answer them. If I go home and have any issues at all I know that I can reach her and she will be able to help me! Lisa knows her job well and I truly believe she loves what she does and it radiates in her work. I love coming here and I'm constantly finding more and more to do for my skin just because I want to see her and the absolute GLOW your face gets when you leave.

17 years after a breast reduction from another local plastic surgeon, I gained the nerve and confidence to have it "fixed". I found RSA staff very friendly, making my first impression very comfortable and leaving me at ease with me decision. Dr. Lyman informed me of the pros and cons concerning revisiting the surgery for the second time. He assured me he would do everything within his knowledge, and ethics, to right what was done wrong by the previous surgeon.

I had full faith in Dr. Lyman that he would do what was best for me, and make me as happy as he felt he could knowing what I experienced from the prior surgeon. Dr. Lyman went above and beyond my expectations. Dr. Lyman took many years of me looking in the mirror, and not liking what I saw, and erased it. He listens. He cares. He is thorough and smart.

He went above and beyond what I had been through before. He and his staff are kind, compassionate and competent. I would recommend his practice to anyone who has waited years to gain the courage to do what will make you feel beautiful again.

I was referred to RSA over 13 years ago and was hooked from my 1st visit. I enjoy getting my facial peels every few months. It feels amazing and my skin looks so smooth and healthy! The office is beautiful and clean and the staff is top notch! Everyone I have come in contact with is kind, friendly and professional! I've been a client of Lisa Klemmer going on 3 years! I very seldom write a review unless I am very upset or the item/experience was over the moon. This was more than I will ever be able to adequately convey. I have had issues with my chest size for many a year with no relief in sight. When I finally made the decision for surgery, I met with 2 drs. The 1st, even though presented me with info that I needed, scared me 3/4's to death.

I started to walk away after that conversation, but I pressed on to Dr Lynam. He gave me needed info but presented it in such an encouraging, helpful, bright outlook way that it returned my optimism. The surgery went well, he took so much time with my family after, that they mentioned it several times. To my surprise, he called me that evening, not a nurse, to check on me.

I appreciate that he felt my fear about the healing process, never having gone through this before, and didn't push me off but held my hand the entire way. It has been over 2 months and he treats me exactly the same as before the surgery. Dr Lynam is a personable, caring, attentive, skilled surgeon. I would recommend him to anyone.

I picked Dr. Lynam after meeting with him and 2 other highly rated plastic surgeons. He, his office staff, and assistants made me feel very confident in their ability to help me feel and look better.
