Reviews look good. Too bad they are not accepting new patients in any of the locations. I have a 4-month-old daughter. They are only accepting newborn babies.

Dr. Johnson is absolutely amazing. I waited a year to write this review for it to be as accurate for our experience as possible. However I would have given her the same review from day one. I met her at the hospital after giving birth and she was extremely warm, kind and funny. Throughout every check up she has never rushed us and answered every question we had as new parents ( a lot).

She calls back herself and you can tell she genuinely cares about the well being of your kiddo. The nurses are amazing and patient. Front office is always very responsive, they always answer and coordinate communication with nurses or if we need to come in that day. I couldn't be more pleased with the Leander office for the first year of our daughters life, it has eased our mind in so many ways to have excellent care for her. Dr. Johnson was the best choice we could have made for a pediatrician.

Very detailed and friendly. Dr. Johnson takes her time with you and answers questions thoroughly. We felt heard, she provided a few referrals of services we were looking for. Just an all around wonderful Dr., staff and facility.

We love Dr. Johnson! She was our oldest daughter's pediatrician and when our youngest was born, she became her pediatrician too. She is really thorough and caught a life threatening condition in a routine appointment. We are so thankful that she was put in our life to take care of our babies! She's been helping to manage all of her after care and walking us through everything. I wish we could give her more stars.

Dr. Chelsea Johnson is a fabulous physician who truly knows her stuff and genuinely cares about her patients and their families, her bedside manner is perfect for children. The staff is always amazing and friendly. Scheduling is convenient and flexible, same-day appointments for sick visits are always available. Our kiddos love their doctor!

We LOVE Dr. Johnson. She is so kind, so welcoming and always answers all of my questions never making me feel like they are silly questions! The office staff are super kind too, and always on top of things.

Dr Patterson is one of the best docs for our kiddos. He's super personable with the kids and takes the extra time to get to know them. Makes our kids happy to go to the doctors. Would totally recommend

Dr. Johnston and the nurses and all staff at North Austin Pediatrics are awesome! They are so helpful and quick to return calls and get information to you, we never feel like just another patient, we feel like they give individual attention and care to each of our kids. We love this practice and highly highly recommend!

Doctor Johnson was awesome, super friendly and down to earth. The nurses are okay. It seemed like were annoyed with everything. Both my kids were getting shots & she did the absolute minimum interacting with them. She never said anything to them, just told me that I needed to hold his arms down. Pretty lousy considering they work at a pediatric facility and all of your patients are kids. Not sure if we'll be going back

The Doctors, Nurses and Staff are all fantastic. There is a high energy that everyone seems to carry with them makes every visit pleasant. They have helped us through every step along the way win our step. Our Doctor Dr. Johnson is absolutely phenomenal. If you are looking for a new PED. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Chesley, Dr. Johnson (Chelsea),D r. Lam and Dr. Ellis are our five kiddos primary doctors. They are AWESOME!Highly recommend!

All the doctors and receptionists here are kind, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Have been going here for years after switching from 3 other pedis. Previous pedi was bad, then switched to a decent, then got a good one, and now we are at a great one! Have referred people here as well. Doctors are thorough and on top of things. Nurses are hit or miss.

We are first time parents and have had the best expirence with the Doctors and Nurses at North Austin Pediatrics. Chelsea Johnson is the best! We have never felt stupid for asking any and all questions, and believe me I ask a TON of questions! They're quick to get back to us, super quick to get in for an appointment. I would recommend Chelsea Johnson to all of my Mommy Friends!

We typically go to their Cedar Park location and absolutely love all the doctors. Dr. Lam is my son's pediatrician but she is no longer at the Cedar Park location full time, so when he's sick we usually see one of the other doctors. They are all thorough and answer all your questions and concerns. Recently saw their new Nurse Practitioner and she was awesome as well. The only thing I will say is their billing department and their online portal could use some improvements.

Dr. Sperling has been my children's pediatrician since my youngest was born 3 years ago. She is a wonderful physician. She is knowledgeable, kind, and professional. My son has had lots of visits with her and she has always been so good to him. He loves going to see her. Dr. Sperling truly cares for her patients and definitely goes above and beyond!

This office is great. Our main doctor is Dr. Sperling, and she is fantastic. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. She always takes the time to explain things to us and she is great with my daughter. We've also seen Dr. Pickering for a sick visit, and she was great as well. The nurses and staff in this office are all very friendly and the office itself is very well run. It's also incredibly easy to schedule sick visits with this office--even on the same day.

We moved from north Texas to Leander back in October. I waited as long as I could to find a new pediatrician for our toddler. We loved our old one, but it wasn't feasible to not have a nearby pediatrician. After a LOT of research, I decided to give this office a try because they were the only ones that would give my daughter a flu shot. Other practices wanted her to have an established history with them, even though I would provide her shot records. Anyway, we got the flu shot, I liked the office.

The staff was friendly. We came back for her 30 month check up and got to meet the doctor this time. Our daughter has never liked doctors. Wouldn't sit still, hated being poked and prodded, but this time? She was an angel. I think Dr. Chesley must have a good vibe because it was a great experience. She didn't make us feel rushed, our toddler was comfortable with her, and she had great questions and was very open and nonjudgmental about parenting! I absolutely loved her and highly recommend her and the staff.

I am very happy with Dr. Pickering. She is very knowledgeable, caring and attentive to both of my kids. I have taken them to other pediatricians in the area before and they didn't seem to give us the same attention or show interest in what we have to say, like no point of even consulting them for treatment. I would recommend her to my family, friends and neighbors if asked.

My young daughter sees Dr Pickering. We are very pleased. She has a warm and pleasant demeanor. My wife and I feel like she really listens to us and never feel like we are being rushed out. Wonderful experience!

Hands down the BEST pediatricians my children have seen! The wait time is never unreasonable and when we need a last minute sick appointment, they always make room in their schedule to see them that day. Dr. Lam & Dr. Pickering are very knowledgeable and very caring, as is the rest of their staff. I'm so thankful we found such a wonderful group of doctors for my kids! :

We love Dr. Sperling. She has a great bedside manner, always follows up with us, calls back to answer a question even after the office is closed, teaches us how to deal with behavior and development and never makes us feel rushed. Our 3.5 year old son enjoys going to the doctor because he likes to see Dr. Sperling.

I cannot say enough GOOD things about Dr. Lam. We have been going to her for several years, and the woman goes ABOVE AND BEYOND at every appointment for my daughter! She spends a LOT of time in the room with us at each appointment, talking in detail to my daughter and to us about EVERYTHING related to a young woman's life. She checks her out thoroughly, asks about her schoolwork and after school activities, and even gives her WELL NEEDED advice about the online dangers of social media (which I have been trying to preach to my family about for YEARS.) and how everything posted online can (and will) come back to bite you at some point.

Where else could you go to a pediatrician's office for such sensible and timely advice? She is a doctor from days gone by when physicians actually cared about their patients, their lives and their overall health. I write this review hesitantly because the more I advertise about her services, the busier they may become and then won't have time to give their patients such EXCELLENT services. Bravo to Dr. Lam and her staff!

I highly recommend Dr. Sperling! We've been with her since my four year old was born and I honestly have no complaints! She even came up to us at the grocery store one time and called each of us by name. I can not tell you how good it feels to have found a Pediatrician that actually cares about your child and respects you as a parent. Bonus: Their office is always clean and professional! I wouldn't dream of moving anywhere else!

We were referred to Dr Sperling by a friend. Our newborn son has had some issues that need following up with her office frequently. She has gone beyond her duties as a physician to care for our son and his needs. I only wish I could find a family physician that put the kind of attention into their patients like she does.

My husband is a physician and he is very picky with our kids. He absolutely adores Dr. Sperling and Dr. Lam. They go above and beyond to make you a priority. Our son was in the hospital and Dr. Sperling cared enough to call personally to check on him. You won't find a better staff or more caring pediatrician. I highly recommend this practice. We visit their Cedar Park location and love it.

We had been taking my Daughter here since the day after she was born for her wellness checkups and various earaches and such when they randomly switched our doctor to one of the assistants. We loved our doctor and had heard from other young parents how grateful they were when they found a pediatrician that stayed with them long into their child's lives and were dependable.

When our young toddler got staph from her daycare they wouldn't take her right away even though the severity of the situation was explained. I don't know what happened or why we were suddenly disregarded but it was extremely unprofessional. We have since switched pediatricians.
