Treehouse Pediatrics was founded in 2004 by Dr. Anselmo Unite and Dr. Debaroti Addy. What started out as two doctors and one nurse practitioner has grown into a group of 7 doctors and 5 nurse practitioners to serve our families better. We have a passion for helping children, working closely with families to provide quality care, and connecting with patients and parents in a fun and compassionate way.

Our growth and success has come from the numerous referrals of patients, friends, and families. Our practice offers routine annual well exams, same day sick visits, and Saturday appointments, as well as in office and after-hours triage service.
Services
Please be on the lookout from an email or text from Phreesia so you are able to fill out the patient registration, it is much easier to do at home and/or on your phone. The pre-registration should be done PRIOR to your appointment. We see patients by appointment only on Saturday mornings. This is for our established patients and families.
It's different here. We strive to provide the best pediatric care in the area and have fun doing it. If you want to work in a fun, fast-paced and collaborative working environment, we want you to join our team!
Before calling to schedule an appointment, check with your insurance company to find out if a referral is required, and to determine "in-network" benefits. If a referral is required, be sure to call our office 1 week in advance to allow time for or Referral Team to send medical records and request prior authorization if needed.
Treehouse Pediatrics will charge $6.50 per patient for copies of medical records. The records are placed on an encrypted disc and can be mailed to either you or your new doctor. We can also fax the immunization record and growth chart to your new doctor free of charge.

Dr Chang at Treehouse has been our pediatrician since our daughter was born in 2010. We love the practice and Dr Chang! He is patient, kind, and knowledge. It can be tricky to get sick child visits with the Dr but I feel like that is the case every where these days. But they have lots of NPs who are wonderful. Additionally, we are very lucky to have a pediatric center that does COVId vaccines, many do not due to the storage requirements.

It's nice to know we can go to a familiar place for these. I appreciate their continued growth in their processes and systems over the years. Being a long-time patient I've been able to see the improvements first hand.

Took my new baby girl here for her one week appointment after leaving the hospital and they were great. We saw Dr. Chang and he was very gentle and knowledgeable. I started feeling sick while there and a nurse sat with me and made sure I was okay. Will be taking my girl here from now on.

Treehouse has figured it out. They are constantly improving their processes for the betterment of their patients. We are now able to book same-day sick appointments online and in my case, they were able to accommodate me when I needed to bring in both of my kids at the same time. Highly recommend!

Always a great experience at Treehouse Pediatrics! My daughter's pediatrician Dr. Travis is professional, calming and takes time to answer all our questions and concerns. The other staff are professional and very welcoming, which matters a lot for my kiddo so she is never afraid of coming to see her doctor. Best pediatrician group ever!

My son has been coming here since his birth. It's generally been positive. Some nurse practitioners are of higher quality than others. We have our usuals that we see unless they are not available. They are very sweet and kind to our son. Our doctor, Dr Chang is pretty cool too. I am able to get the front desk on a call without too much holding or delays.

No insurance issues yet. They also have video options for at home consultations. Sick and well entries are a nice touch. I wish they were open later and also on Sundays. Otherwise I have no real complaints or concerns.

Treehouse Pediatrics has been a huge blessing to our entire family! They have walked alongside us navigating complex medical needs, numerous referrals, same-day appointments, and more! They are there for us whenever we need them and I am so incredibly thankful to Dr. Chang and his amazing team! We love Treehouse!

I highly recommend Treehouse! The nurses are warm and friendly. They are so responsive on the patient portal and as a first time mom I found that to be very helpful! Dr. Mooney is great! She takes time to answer any questions and genuinely cares about her patients. This is a great place to bring your child if you're looking for a pediatrician.

We have been taking our little one to see Treehouse/ Dr. Unite for over 2 years now. Of course Dr. Unite is amazing with our little one, any time we had sick visit, we always saw an RN. They were always wonderful with our kid, explains things to us more than once as needed and the office staff is incredible. I have never had an unpleasant experience there.

We came in for our first newborn visit, and the staff made us feel like family! I definitely appreciate their passion for making each child and family feel seen and known personally, and their expertise and willingness to educate families. This really made it easy for my husband and me to trust that we made the right choice in pediatrician with our beloved newborn!

They are extremely efficient, knowledgable and really care about the whole person. Front desk staff, nurses and doctors are all so kind and professional. Highly recommend.

Great office, staff and communications. This group is amazing for kids and my daughter was very comfortable there. I was disappointed that they didn't offer more support with Dr. notes for sick days off of school. I don't remember an pediatric office ever denying me a note listing the dates my child missed due to an illness. Especially now because of the climate with covid in the schools. I thought they would be more supportive and reasonable in this area. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

Zero stars if possible. Firstly, this was our second visit. Both times there had been extreme wait times. Our appointment was scheduled for 11am. At the counter the receptionist coldly said that the doctor was running late and then we had to wait. We were not taken back into our room till 11:30am. We did not see the first nurse until 11:35am and she did not apologize.

We did not see our doctor till 11:45am and again no apology. Finally, we see the doctor and she begins to pick apart our child based on their ridicules picky assessment (which she admitted was picky). Our child is developing great and some of the questions on the list were over the top for their age. She even went as far as recommending physical therapy for a non issue.

She recommended a few things to do for our child, which when we asked her if that was correct (based on advice from nurse friends of ours that had been experienced for ten plus years) she did not have a good rebuttal or reasoning behind what she recommended. Clearly this clinic is a cash grabber, that gives zero care for the families that visit and parade as if they do. Next, I had to wait 20 minutes for the next nurse to come in to give our child vaccines.

My husband had to actually take a work meeting in the car because we had finally left the clinic at 12:45pm well past our child's nap time. Lastly, the receptionist I spoke to earlier that had unapologetically told us our child's doctor had been running late. I asked her while leaving for records and if they could email them. She coldly stated no while I starred back at that clearly was a printer with the capability to scan and email documents. We will not be going here again.

Dr. Mooney is amazing! First time mom and I had many questions for my son and she was very caring and answered all my questions. On top of that she is a lactation consultant and was able to help me to get my baby to latch. The rest of the staff was very kind as well. I highly recommend Tree House pediatric!

As parents of a Special Needs child, we rely heavily on the best of class of doctors. Dr. Travis has been our children's PCP doctor since the beginning. He, as well as his staff, have displayed nothing but compassion and dedication to ensuring our concerns are addressed. The front office staff have provided the highest level of customer service.

They make accommodations as needed and when appropriate to handle our complex needs. If your looking for a Doctor's office for your child(ren). Look no further. Treehouse Pediatrics is the highest rated pediatric center. They take care of their patients and they love what they do.

The incompetent brand new nurse practitioner should not be caring for newborns. She is quick to send newborns to the ER who do not have an emergent condition and call CPS because she does not have the ability to form a diagnosis. My previous post was removed, but everyone needs to know about this incompetence, so I will repost.

Stay away from the new nurse practitioner. She'll harass and bully you (literally will call and text until late hours of the night) if you want to get a second opinion from a pediatrician and don't do exactly as she says at that exact moment.

This is the most efficient doctors office I've ever visited. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes and I am always in and out within a half an hour max. The office is so bright and clean as well. Dr. Travis has been great with my newborn. I highly recommend this office to other new parents!

I cannot say enough great things about Treehouse Pediatrics! Especially about Dr. Karl Kurz, who has been our sons doctor since he was born. He saw him for the first time the day after he was born. We highly recommend him! As first time parents we were unsure about so much (still are) and he's been super patient and supportive every step of the way.

I also love that he's calm and doesn't try to scare you with all the worst case scenarios. He always takes the time to answer all our questions and he's so good with our son. The staff there are also always super friendly. And we love the after hours number that you can call and speak with a doctor or nurse practitioner anytime for a small extra fee. Thank you Treehouse for being the best support system for us and our little man!

I've been coming here since my child was born. He is now 2 1/2 (because clearly here, the half matters) I've been told that he's due for his 30 month wellness check. When I asked what they have changed, she said a bunch of stuff that was fine and fully accepted. And then she said that my 2 1/2 year old, because "he is over the age of 2" will be required to wear a face mask, and if he does not keep it on, I as the parent, will need to hold it over his face for the entire time he spends in the building. 1.

The doctors office is already an unpleasant experience for him. (Vaccines) 2. You want me, to hold a mask over his face, while he can't see my expressions to let him know this is okay. I understand for children that are over the age of 10, as recommended by the cdc, because they can somewhat comprehend a little of what's going on in the world. But 2 "1/2"? If you do not care about the psychological well being of my child, I will no longer trust in you to care about his physical health.

We just had our first appointment today with Dr. Unite after transferring from another pediatrician. It was like night and day. THIS is the kind of care I've been looking for--and what all parents and their kids deserve. The staff was incredibly professional and friendly, and Dr. Unite was exactly the kind of pediatrician my partner and I were hoping to find for our first baby.

He answered all of our questions patiently and without judgement--in fact, he *started* the appointment by inviting our questions. It's rare to find someone with so much knowledge but no arrogance. He treated our baby like a real person and actually introduced himself to him when he entered the room. He held him and cradled his head while examining him.

He made eye contact. This kind of attentive, gentle, and informative care should be the standard. I'm writing this in the era of Covid-19 and I was really put at ease by how careful staff was about sanitizing, changing gloves, hand washing, etc. (This should be obvious, but it wasn't the case at our last pediatrician.) Bonus: the office was spotless, calming, and non-patronizing. (No overwhelming primary colors everywhere and cheesy smiley faces as if that's all kids can respond to.) We've only had one appointment here, but so far I'm incredibly excited about Treehouse.

We just started to go to TreeHouse and could not be more pleased with how they are treating us and our little one! As first time parents we interviewed and got recommendations from friends and families and ended up on settling on TreeHouse is the way to go for us. Our primary doctor is Dr. Travis and I got to say we are extremely pleased with him.

We pepper him with a ton of questions and he always takes the time to answer our questions in depth and makes us feel at ease with everything. Each time we go (especially during all this COVID-19 stuff going on) it is very efficient and we are taking are of. There is a bit of wait that is for sure but we noticed it's because they are so busy and that is a good thing, we haven't had any issues getting appointments yet but we schedule ours in advance, that being said we haven't had to bring our little one in for anything yet so we shall see. Treehouse is one of the few clinics that has saturday hours for open appointments which is nice if you are working and can't always get in during the week (even though it's only 2 hours) still nice to have that option.

The facility is clean, neat, and very pleasing for the kiddos from what I can tell. Overall the staff is great, Dr. Travis is awesome and we are very pleased with everything!

Need better answering services. Frustrated at a 32 minute wait on the phone. But happy with services after being seen.

We love Treehouse Pediatrics! All of the staff members are extremely nice and professional. Dr. Badipe is very thorough and takes her time with us! She explains everything and goes into great detail. I never felt rushed or judged. I love how there is a side for well visits and another for sick visits. Helped keep my new mama worries at bay bringing in my newborn! Thank you treehouse for being so thorough during my appointments. I leave feeling confident my child is being taken care off. If I could give ten stars I would!

We have been taking our kids here since birth. Dr Addy has seen them grow up and she has been a fantastic doctor for them. Dr Addy will tell us everything that is going on and takes the time to answer any questions or concerns we have about medical conditions, vaccines, etc and shows true caring and concern for our kids. We have never had any issues with Treehouse Pediatrics, their staff or Dr Addy.

I could not recommend her more. In 16 years, we have never had an issues with scheduling, answering phones, patient care, etc. They are busy which is a direct reflection on who they are and why parents want their kids to be seen and treated here.

Wish they had 0 stars as an option. This place has 0 compassion for anyone. I was sick and couldn't get my child to the appointment, and they don't answer their phones, now they are refusing to let my child be a patient because of one late appointment, that is right, they wont ever let my child be a patient there again because of one late appointment.

This appointment was to get my child vaccinated for school, and because of their incompetence I had to find a different pediatrician last minute. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE! There are many good pediatrician offices in the Round Rock area with far better service, this place will leave you high and dry as soon as you need them

Absolutely love Dr. Mooney. She was very easy to talk to and seems to really care for my kids health. She also informed of ways I can get in touch with her and the nurses.

Beat Pediatric practice in Williamson County, hands down. We've bright our girls here since they were born and my oldest is 16 now. The doctors and the team truly care about children and are very skilled and focused on the best possible care. If you are new to town, take my word - The Treehouse team is the best, most caring team in town. Call them first. jerry

I checked in this morning and the check in person says Marlo (practice manager) wants to speak to me so she can explain her side of the story. The check in person made it sound very innocent. I get into Marlo's office and immediately Marlo accuses me of voiding payments and says I have a history of it. After repeatedly telling her I have no way of voiding payments and letting her know that I did not do that she tells me the next time it happens she is going to terminate our physician patient relationship.

So I get through to see Dr. Duble-Mooney and that goes well. Then Marlo comes back in the room to tell me she just saw my previous Facebook post and would appreciate if I would remove it and go to her next time. She also stated if I leave the bad review up then that will affect our patient physician relationship and wont be able to continue it. So you're going to terminate me because I did come to you first to fix a problem, you didn't fix it and now you are going to terminate because you left me no choice but to leave a bad review (btw terminating a patient because of an ACCURATE review is bad practice per TMA (Texas Medical Association).

And the best part, at the end of the visit Josie (a biller) comes and gives me my receipts. I asked again about the voided payments and how that would be possible and she tells me "Oh we found out that Brooke our other biller voided those payments and it wasn't from anything you did". no apology, nothing. Apparently the only person higher than the Marlo is the doctors leaving me no choice but to find another doctor if this can't be resolved.
