You need rehab? Go to these guys. One year after undergoing two knee replacement surgeries and I've spent the morning enjoying a hike in Spicewood Valley Trail. This would not have happened without the care, education, and attention given to me by Round Rock Rehab before and after surgery. My appointments with Matt began several weeks before surgery, building up strength in preparation--and if your surgeon hasn't recommended doing this, ask them about it.

He spent a lot of time with me during our appointments and helped me to understand why and how I should be continuing to train in between our sessions. After the surgery, we picked up right where we left off -- and it felt like I was able to do more, more quickly, because of that prep time. Matt very patiently walked me through not just an escalating set of strength exercises but a wide variety of exercises that built up and supported full-body strength development and health.

If I reached a plateau, he worked me to find a path forward that got me gaining strength again. If I had experienced irritation or pushed myself too far, he sorted me right out with rest and a mini-treatment plan. No matter where I was in my recovery cycle, he was right there with me. And if Matt was out for a time, I got the same high-quality support from Brad and Michelle.and the entire team of assistants! Mike and Serena and.well, just everyone made me feel like I wasn't just someone coming in.

I was part of an extended family where everyone's purpose was to help me recover. Once my sessions were complete, I was sent off with a plan--and tons of information--for how to continue getting stronger. I can't say enough about this team. They are truly wonderful, absolutely cared for my well being, and get my highest recommendation.

I simply cannot say enough good things about Round Rock Rehab. I had two previous negative experiences years ago with physical therapy, and I only agreed to it for a torn rotator cuff so my insurance would pay for surgery. My therapist, Matt, was amazing! In very little time I had increased muscle strength in specific ways to decrease the stress on my shoulder and I was in less pain.

Through the course of PT, I learned so much about how to care for my joints. Not only do I no longer feel the need for surgery, but I am back in the gym doing weight training again and my arthritis is better than it has been for years! I honestly never expected to be this pain-free again. Matt always took the time to explain things clearly, and even recommended additional reading when I expressed an interest. Mike, who does the neuromuscular electrical stimulation, and Autumn, who handles insurance and billing, were also both great. An overall positive experience! Thank you, Round Rock Rehab!

I can't say enough good things about Matt. He worked well with my 14 year old daughter getting her back to sports after a knee injury. We went back for a second round after she began having a bit of pain again and he helped catch and fix problems before another injury occurred. He has tremendous patience and knowledge and takes the time to teach and answer questions. Thank you Matt!

A nicely equipped physical therapy center with a well-trained and very helpful staff. The extended hours before and after work are also appreciated.

Michelle Johnson has always been my physical therapist! She's taking care of my back my shoulder and now my foot. She's amazing and now a great friend. The therapy centers is always clean. The people are super nice and it's close to home!

Brad and his team execute above and beyond treatment. Brad is the best in USA.He looks at u and tell u right away what needs to be done and how needs to be done. He pays attention to every patient detaily and personally. He established a great team. You can go there without having a doubt. They are the best.

I had shoulder surgery and started PT with Michelle and she was awesome but I needed to change my hours and started with Blaine. I went to Blaine for over a month and no progress was made and ended up with a frozen shoulder and a 2nd surgery. Went back to Michelle and she did an awesome job and knows what she is doing. I'm frustrated that I wasted time and money with Blaine and the owner didn't try to compensate me in any way. So, if you do go there, stay away from Blaine.
