Our entire family is seeing Dr. Keller for last 15 years. Really like Dr. Keller and his previous MA Danielle. However, his office staff is absolutely rude and disrespectful. They told me last week that they will send my blood work order. I went for my blood work this morning and they forgot to send the order in. This happened third time with us. It happened to my 76 year old father in law and my mother in law.
Staff need to respect patient's time and their need. I read all the reviews on yelp and it seems like everyone have a problem with staff. Dr. Keller is a great Dr. He might want to read all the reviews about his staff so he can fix the problem.

I love Dr. Keller and have been going to see him for a while. Even saw Dr. Bias when PPC was just starting out. Never had any issues and everyone was so friendly. They have changed staff and nurses who are very rude! Sara the receptionist is very condescending and will ignore you. Even left a voicemail for the Office Manager and never heard anything back.
I'm very disappointed in being treated the way I was my last visit and am very conflicted to return! After reading all the other reviews about the same experiences makes me very sad to have to find another great Dr.

Dr Keller has been our family doctor (for 3 generations of our family) for 15 years. We are so pleased with his care that we change our insurance when necessary to stay under his care. He is never in a hurry to rush us through and takes whatever time is needed to answer all of our questions. If they are running behind I know he is providing the same excellent level of care to someone else and I applaud that. We were so lucky to find him when my elderly parents needed care.

I have been coming to this practice for about 6 years when they had their office on Grand Ave. It seems that their customer service priorities have changed in a negative way. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for 2 months now with no success. Today I spoke with their 2 receptionists after a hold of 12 minutes. They were unable to get me an appointment and assured me they would call b4 the day was over.
Never got one. They do not work as a team. There is a Nurse practitioner that works there, I was told by 2 of their employees that I shouldn't see her because she is not a real doctor. Are you serious? Why stab someone on the back while they work for the same company? That's how devided and unprofessional its gotten too. I am out. Looking for a new family practice.

They will never, ever answer their phones. If you miss their call, good luck. You will have to call again, leave a message, and wait for a return call as long as it's not after noon. They won't even bother and just call you the next day. I recommend pushing buttons until getting a person on the line. Highly unprofessional, this is a doctor's office is it not?
Even subsidsidized healthcare facilities answer their phones. Update: Decided to show up. Only 4 people in her office and the receptionist stated she had indeed listened to my VM. As I type this it had been an hour since I left said voicemail. Only take appointments too! Which is great so now I can schedule when I get sick and have them all set up with an appointment for when it happens! Time for a new primary care and advise all to stay away.

Horrible. After getting a call back for a new patient appointment (just moved) I was refused because they "needed to verify" all my insurance information before even making the appointment. I have Medicare and Aetna, but apparently knowing "Dell healthfund", ID number, group number & address wasn't enough. Guess I'll find a different doc to call. Sorry Dr Phillip, I would have liked meeting you.

I have been a patient of Dr. Philip for almost 10 years and couldn't be more pleased. Because I know physicians have many patients to see over the course of a day, I do my best to provide her with concise information. I have never felt rushed or unheard. My husband, too, was a patient of hers for eight years; he felt the same as I do. The office staff have much to deal with, and I personally feel that they do the best they can to treat every patient, every question, every comment professionally. I have recommended them and will co tongue to do so. Thank you, Parkway Primary Care!

I have been going to Parkway Primary Care (PPC) for several years. Dr. Philip is my doc, has been since day 1 and is for my wife as well. We both feel that Dr. Philip is a great doc, is always friendly and attentive. Have never had any problems or issues with her service or attitude. Have had to see Dr. Keller once when Dr. Philip was not available for a minor urgent issue. He was great too, only 1 data point, there but a good one. We foresee staying with PPC for a long time.
