My husband used this place and they are the WORST. FIND SOMETHING ELSE. This office does not care about their patients. His first appt he had to wait 30 minutes past his appt time before he even made it into a room to see the Dr. His second follow up appt he worked into his own lunch and when he showed up to the Dr. office everyone was gone. When a nurse or the "scheduler" showed up about 10 min later she said everyone was at lunch and that they "got out late".

When an office knows they have an appt scheduled you think its ok to just leave the office and go take your FULL lunch while he is skipping his to be there? The person he spoke to barely even apologized and just made excuses. Absolutely the WORSE service I've ever heard of at a Dr. office. DO NOT GO HERE. FIND A BETTER OFFICE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I visited this practice at their Round Rock location over a year ago and had a billing issue with them which resulted in me being overcharged for visits. When I scheduled my yearly follow up, I tried to explain to the staff what happened the year before and asked them to verify my cost before I came in for my visit to prevent another over billing.

The staff person I spoke with, whom I believe was named Stephanie, was very rude, wouldn't allow me to finish a sentence without interrupting, and basically blew off my concerns. My concerns was not about the money, but the time I, as the patient, invested in getting that billing mistake corrected that should have been handled by the correctly to begin with.

Now my concern is more about the customer service I did not receive from this staff. When I realized I wasn't getting anywhere with the employee, I asked for her supervisor and was transferred to her voicemail. 24 hours later and I did not receive a return call so I Called back. I was actually connected to the Dr. Miller himself, who admonished me for complaining about something that hasn't happened yet.

Like his staff person he was rude and very unprofessional. It became clear to me at that moment that the staff at the clinic doesn't believe in customer service and learned is only mimicking their bosses attitude. I recommend that you not visit this practice if you expect a certain level of customer service and professionalism from your provider and staff.
