Dr. Middlebrooks is a prefect doctor. He thoroughly examined my problems and gave me a clear explanation. He listened patiently to my questions and provided good answers. The facility is clean and staff are very nice.

They are ALWAYS behind schedule and they NEVER bother to communicate or give you updates while you're waiting 1 to 2 hours past your appointment time. It's so frustrating. We had an appointment today at 3:15. We showed up at 3:00. At 4:35 there was still no sign of the doctor, so we asked for a refund on my co-pay and left. I would understand if this happened on an exception basis, but it happens every single time. RESPONSE TO THE "RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER": Proactively communicate with your customers (yes, customers!) when you're running late. Apologize.

Offer them a cup of water. Something! Don't just let them sit there wondering what's going on. It's real basic customer service. I have no interest in reaching out to the Executive Director of Business and Patient Relations. Maybe he/she should reach out to me and see if I'm interested in rescheduling the appointment that never happened.

Horrible. I went in for to see Dr Rivelle. I was weighed, put into a room had my blood pressure taken asked a few questions and changed into a gown and was told Dr. Rivelle would be in to see me in a few minutes. Over 30 minutes passed Dr Rivelle never showed up. I'm sitting on the table waiting. I decided to change back into my clothes and walk out.

I had talked to the secretary and explained what happend and she rudely replied " and you are? " I'm the person who never saw Dr. Rivelle. I got a text message saying we are sorry you missed your appointment. No I didn't I was there on time the Dr. Never showed! I emailed my regular doctor and haven't heard anything from Edinger Medical Group. Edinger Medical Group also wanted me to vote best in Orange County.

I refused. Update*** I wrote a review for Edinger Medical Group about a week ago about my appointment with Dr Rivelle who never showed up. I have yet to hear back from the staffing. I needed to get an annual exam and they completely forgot about me! Edinger Medical Group is completely ignoring my emails. Update**** I have yet to hear anything back from Edinger Medical Group.

It's hard to believe that this facility has better things to do than ignore a patients needs. I also have false notes written about me in my chart that have not been removed and I need them removed as the notes do not pertain to my medical history my regular doctor did not put the notes in and I have asked over and over to have them removed. I need to get an annual exam and nobody is helping me. Everyone who commented about the rude receptionist who answers the phones are absolutely correct.

I would typically give Edinger 4 stars but effort and empathy in th medical profession is a necessity. I realize that overall this is the fault of Island Dermatology more than Edinger but the lack of care that I received from Linda when I called was just really upsetting. I booked an appointment with Island Dermatology 30 days ago for a skin cancer screening.

They booked the appointment with no problem and did not say anything about needing anything else. But today 22 hours before my scheduled appointment I received a phone call from an office clerk stating they needed an updated referral from my Primary Care Physician. Island Dermatology should have requested the referral at the time I scheduled the appointment or at the very least told me I would have to get a new referral before they could schedule my appointment - THEY DID NEITHER.

When I called Edinger Medical Group to explain the problem I was told I had to come in and see a doctor before they will issue a referral even though they haven't seen me in person since March 2020 because they were not doing in person visits whenever I scheduled one. Maria at Island Dermatology and Linda at Edinger Medical Group neither one wanted to exert any effort to do their job and provide the service for their patient. Now, my appointment that took a month to get is essentially cancelled and I am going out of town for 2 weeks the day after so I have to start all over when I get back and wait another 4-6 weeks to get an appointment with my PCP and then get another appointment with Island Dermatology. UNBELIEVABLY BAD SERVICE!

Recommend Edinger medical group; their entire team is incredible. I have seen Dr. Yu for over ten years as my primary family doctor, but I have also seen Dr. Arnold, Dr. Middlebrooks, and many other doctors. I've never had a bad experience or had to wait longer than ten minutes with scheduled appointments.

I have been taking my son to this clinic since he is a baby and never have a problem until today's visit. The front office staffs keep chatting about their personal life and ignore their patients and family. Ashley who checked us in were very short, no communication skills. We have a few forms that need to feel out and she did not explain how it would be done until i have to ask a few time.

When we checked out, the back office staff was on the phone for a long time, the 5 front office staffs continue to chat, until my son throw a tantrum because he was waiting for a while thats when one nice staff stand up and ask if we need any help to check out. I hope this will be a one occassion thing and the staffs will be more trained on communications and customer services.

Hi Edinger Medical Group Vo, LanAhn Nguyen provider, is attentive, is super sweet and care for all patient care and needs, she is very professional and does return medical messages and also does follow up and listen to patients needs and address with critical thinking medical plans. Please make sure to speak with with your provider. They care for us.

I really like the doctors here however things are not efficient. I had a teledoc appointment and it went great. I had an old medicine that fit the bill for what I needed so I went on my way and was told to call should I have any issues and need the prescription. Come to find out my old medicine was expired so I called the moment they opened the next morning to get it filled.

I have been waiting over 5 hours to get this prescription put into the pharmacy which is just truly poor management. Now I am having to go to another doctor to get the same prescription written up for me because this office is unable to do so in a timely manner. Very frustrating.

Been here twice now for the little one. Each the experience has been excellent. YES! There is a wait time and we've waited max 20 min while everything is being set up. I've NEVER been ANYWHERE in Ca where there hasn't been some type of wait for MD visits. Anyway, all the staff here has been super nice and professional so far and our Pediatrician Dr. Kambria Ripp is great.

I'm sure all the other Peds are great as well. Plus, there are lots of little things to keep the kiddos entertained also. Parking is fairly simple with free valet. If you're not into that sort of stuff there is plenty of structure parking (super tight) and outside parking as well (good luck with that). All in all good experience so far.

He is truly a doctor that looks out for his patients, my son was sick and he was able to see him, the thing that makes him great he will explain everything that you need to know. He called us about 2 or so hours he switched us and asked how our son was. He also said if need be we could in the next day he will make sure to see us.
