Huntington Beach Pediatricians

I was truly disappointed with this office. (I really wanted to like it). Our pediatrician recently joined this group and I was excited to see that they had so many hours and after-hours. But I was extremely disappointed with each and every visit. We saw a different doctor every time we went in for an appointment. Our newborn had some health issues at birth.

None of the doctors took the time to read our son's chart before coming into the exam room and we would have to explain his entire health history each time we went in. For one visit we went in for a specific test and were then told the equipment didn't work (after paying for the test)and paying extra to come in on a weekend. We had to come in the next day again and pay another copay.

On another visit the assisting nurse who was taking notes constantly talked back and was argumentative with the doctor. It was very uncomfortable. This practice treated us as another number and another source of money. We never felt welcomed and would definitely not recommend taking your children here.

I absolutely love this office. The entire staff is always warm and welcoming. They always run on time. I feel that Dr. Reda is always very thorough with his check ups and never leaves any questions unanswered. I highly recommend Dr. Reda and Newport Children's Medical Group if you are looking for the best care for your child or children this is the place.

Very unprofessional. Made an appointment a month out and are told in the waiting room that they no longer care for certain children's needs.

Dr. Reda is the best pediatrician! He gives patients his full time and attention during appointments, examines thouroughly, and never makes you feel rushed. I was impressed when I was waiting in the waiting room and he passed by and saw my baby getting crancky, then immediately personally asked the front desk to take me in. You don't see many considerate doctors like this these days and I will definately be selecting him as the primary doctor for my other two kids.

Dr. Sheppard was very thorough with the exam of my daughters knee. She talked to us, not at us. She was busy, but took her time and wasn't in a rush to get out of the room. The doctor doing her residency was also very thorough and took her time as well when explaining and examining my daughter. I was pleased with this visit.

Easiest covid testing I have ever done. Newport children's medical group was friendly, helpful and super fast. My family was looking for a place to take my son for a covid test so he could play sports and I'm so glad we found this place. Plenty of appointments open, we didn't have to go inside and the staff was so nice. One of the staff members went to the street to wave to me so I didn't miss the turn into the facility, we pulled into a parking spot and they swabbed my son right away. We had the results within 20 minutes after we left. Thank you for the amazing service!

We had a great visit with Dr. Reda. He took his time with giving both of my kids their well check-ups. He gave a lot of explanations and listened to everything I had to say. Anytime I have any concerns I am able to get in to the office right away-99.9% of the time on the same day. I am very pleased with all of the staff And doctors at Newport Children's. We have been coming here for over 9 years and will continue to go out of our way to come here.

My daughter was there for pulmonary issues. Had a very good experience at the office. Starting at the front office, the staff was courteous and welcoming. While my daughter was doing the breathing tests the nurse was very encouraging and explained each step clearly. Dr. Reda himself was detailed in his examination and questions. She is doing much better and had a great follow up appointment. Thank you Dr. Reda and staff.

This was our first time seeing Dr. Reda, he was good, and experienced. He did seem like he was in a hurry at first but as we talked a little he was taking the time needed. He looked at my sons history before making a snap judgement which I appreciate. I would see him again.

Dr. Reda and his staff are superb. He has been my son's pediatrician and pulmonologist since my son was two years old. The office staff are kind and I always feel like they take their time and listen and give very competent medical advice. They give A+ care and we feel very safe in the office.

Dr Reda is the most amazing Pediatrician! He always takes his time to explain ALL details and answer ALL questions! We have been going to Newport Children's Medical Group since day 1 with our kiddos. Love their hours and days.always accommodating!
