Bad service! Do not go to this Hospital they don't care! I took my granddaughter she is 3 yrs old and had bad stomach pain and fever. When we got there the lady in the emergency department asked for insurance cards, we provided insurance cards and she went ahead and said "why don't you go to you primary care doctor" and I was like because she is in pain she is crying and you are the closet ER.

She kept telling me well if your Insurance does not cover the visit you will be billed. HELLO I know that just bill me if you need to. I need my granddaughter to be seen. Well she kept giving me an attitude and was just very Rude she saw my granddaughter crying and saying my tummy!my tummy hurts! I felt so bad for and instead of helping us she kept telling me well if your insurance doesn't covered the visit you will be billed I then said my child is in pain I better go somewhere else this place really disappointed me with the service the greeted me with! 1st and last time!

Best hospital experience thus far. I was in the emergency room and the staff made me feel very safe and taken care of. The nurse even warmed up the blanket for me and they constantly checked on me to see how I was.

Stay away don't step a foot here go to memorial care instead horrible hospital. Careless nurses and old equipment.

I came to ER after suffering chest pains with an extensive cardiac history so along with other medical conditions I was admitted and I am literally here now treatment in ER was great from start to being admitted that is where the horror has begun to the point I asked to see a house supervisor that's when my nurse brought a male tech in with her who informed me I was not seeing a house supervisor and if I didn't like it to sign AMA so what do you do at this point. I wanted to add to my review so all staff is not bad but please do not bring your

We brought my mom into the hospital because she had shortness of breath and was feeling dizzy. In about 90 minutes they had her a room and about in 60 minutes later they had a doctor examine her. He wasn't rushed he didn't take shortcuts he went through all of the testing that he needed to do to reassure us. He ordered a CAT scan and because there were so many unanswered questions, he kept her for observation! I can't say enough about how thorough they were and thankful they did not make us feel like we are part of an assembly line!

Please avoid going to Huntington Beach hospital ER. I totally regret going there. The way I was treated was horrible! After I got a shut for my pain, being somewhat out of it, the nurse told me I was done and needed to leave, next thing I found my self on a wheelchair outside the hospital in the cold of the night! This had never happened to me before! Please look elsewhere if you need to visit an ER.

This is about the Huntington Beach hospital emergency room. None of the nurses are wearing a mask. They're walking around from one room to another, one patient to another, and maybe carrying the virus but they do not protect the patients and do not protect themselves. If anyone needs to wear a mask, it must be the emergency room staff. I hope something can be done about this.

I was there today and the entire emergency room was full of people with COVID. The nurse did not care about going to a room with Corona case and come to my room without any protection. This is very very wrong. The name emergency room speaks for itself. You do not go there to get sick, you go there to get well.

My father was hospitalized here on July 2021. The care was excellent. From Telemetry to Icu. All the RN's and Rt's that took care of my father.rwas very caring. I liked how the staff explain what is going on with the patient. Unlike other facilities staff have flat affect.iI would like to thank Dr Chan and his NP.and the other Dr's that took care of my Dad. I can't remember all their names. The staff here are very professional.

One of the top greatest hospitals I've been to. My grandfather has been here since Saturday and I can say the service here is great. The way he has been treated is awesome from the nurses to the doctors. The nurses at the emergency room were awesome even asked us If we needed anything to let them know. Nurses at the ICU have treated my grandfather with so much care. I highly recommend this hospital
