I did a lot of research on breast augmentation before coming here. In fact it was years of consultations and I met with another plastic surgeon down the street in Newport Beach too. Its just such a big decision and I wanted to be sure I did it right! So happy to say that I did, and actually I just wish I had sooner! I'm a little indecisive I guess.

It's been a amazing experience and much easier than I thought it would be. My friend is getting a mommy makeover and I told her to come here too! Thank you to everyone at your office for making this so wonderful for me. I am just sooo happy!

Huge thanks to Paula Connor for being so good at listening, honest, and helpful during my consult today. I'm still researching doctors to decide where I will go, but if I was deciding based on patient coordinator alone, there's no doubt that Paula is the person I would choose! My husband saw dr Horowitz after a head injury & black eye that closed his eye. Dr Horowitz was kind enough to believe that I didn't slug him. Hahaha. He recommended arnica gel & pills. He also made recommendations about skin tags on his face & other parts of his body that could possibly be cancerous. Our whole experience at the center was wonderful.

I recently had a Lite Lift done by Dr. Horowitz. The entire experience has been wonderful. My interaction with the staff has been pleasant and professional. I am thrilled with my results! It's only been one week since my procedure and the transformation is remarkable already. The procedure was done in the office with a local anesthestic. My recovery has been quick and I did not require any pain medication other than Tylenol. I loved Dr. Horowitz and would highly recommend him to anyone who's thinking of having cosmetic surgery.

I had my surgery with Doctor Jed Horowitz. The whole experience has been wonderful. From the beginning with my first consultation were I was provided with detailed information on my procedure to my post op appointments. everything has been great. My surgery (a tight lift, vaser lipo and fat transfer) has been a success, I've had no issues at all. The incision is beautiful and clean. I can already see the results in my legs and thighs and I love them. Most importantly my recovery has been excellent.

Dr. Champion is an absolute gem and knows her stuff. She is a board certified plastic surgeon, which was important when consulting for a surgeon. Her and the entire staff are so welcoming they make you feel like family from the moment you walk inside. Sabrina at the front is such a pleasure and I always look forward to seeing her. I had a breast revision with right capsulectomy, and I was super scared, but Dr. C made me feel so comfortable and put all my worries to rest. They also have a MedSpa and varied treatments and really give tip top service. Highly recommend. :

What can I say about my experience here. It was amazing! Everything I hoped for and more! Not only is Dr. Nichter a perfectionist ( which is what you want from a person who is about to perform surgery on you), he's also an expert at what he does! I am very pleased with my results! All of his support staff are amazing as well! Everyone makes you feel so welcome and cared for.

Especially sweet Sabrina Sanchez. She was my patient concierge. She was such a pleasure to work with! Any questions or concerns I had both before and after my surgery, she handled with grace, compassion, and efficiency. The thought of surgery can be scary sometimes. Your mind can really stress you out, as you wonder about the outcome and all the " what if's". Sabrina expeditiously got answers to any question I came up with, which in return calmed any nerves I may have been having.

All I can say is.if you're feeling a little down when you look at yourself in the mirror lately. Do this for yourself! You deserve to look and feel your best! I know how confusing it is when trying to choose the right doctor. There are so many different places and doctors out there competing for your business. But I promise you, you can't go wrong with Dr. Nichter. He's the best!

I had the the most AMAZING experience with Dr. Nichter. I first got breast implants with him back in 2006 and it was perfect. May 2021, I went back to get a full mommy make over with him (breast lift, tummy tuck, liposuction of arms, chin & things). Dr. Nichter and his staffs are amazing from the beginning to end. It has been truly a life changing experience for me.

I absolutely love my results. Dr. Nichter is a world class surgeon. I even got less scaring on my breast than I thought I would get with a breast lift. He calls you after surgery and takes very good care of you. The results speak for itself. I can not be happier. He is the best!

I was referred to Dr. Horowitz by a friend to "fix" an issue with my right breast after having a capsulectomy from a previous surgery and doctor. Dr. Horowitz explained what he might be able to do "fix" without giving me any unrealistic expectations. I appreciated his honesty. After my initial consultation with Dr. Horowitz I scheduled my surgery.

I saw Dr. Horowitz for my post op follow up just four days out. I was sooo looking forward to my appointment because I wanted to understand how Dr. Horowitz was able to do what he did! I mean he exceeded his initial prognosis for me and my expectations! I was and am ecstatic at what Dr. Horowitz was able to accomplish. He gave me a beautiful breast that matches my left breast.

I keep looking at myself because even at day 5 with steri strips and expected light bruising, I feel and look like I wanted from the beginning. I feel attractive again and am so very grateful to have found Dr. Horowitz. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Horowitz to anyone considering any type of plastic surgery. Dr. Horowitz is an artist to say the least. To you, Dr. Horowitz, thank you! Thank you. Thank you! I can look in the mirror again and not be afraid to look at myself.

My first experience with plastic surgery. I read so many reviews and considered multiple options. The surgery I got is intimate and deeply personal and I was in good hands the entire time. Six months later, the staff still remembers my name. The surgery was straightforward and healing was super simple. I love that they offer this surgery without going completely under!

I recently had a surgical procedure with Dr. Angela Champion at Pacific Center for Plastic Surgery. I had considered having my breast implants removed for several years, however had a lot of anxiety about it due to a previous negative experience in another plastic surgery practice. I consulted with Dr. Champion about it and she immediately made me feel at ease and was so kind and understanding of my feelings and concerns.

I did not want to have any general anesthesia and she assured me she could safely and comfortably remove my breast implants with local anesthesia in the office. After speaking with her I felt confident and safe enough to move forward. I cannot express in words how grateful I am to Dr. Champion and the staff at Pacific Center! It was so easy and painless!

I was in and out in two hours with no discomfort at all! I had one day of down time and then was back to my usual routine. Dr. Champion is a stellar example of what a doctor should be. I cannot recommend her more highly. And, if you are considering removing your implants - do it! I'm so happy they are out and I look great thanks to Dr. Champion!

I'm getting into my late 30's so let's just say things are starting to sag a little bit, lol. So I've been doing research on various procedures to help restore some of my youthfulness. I trust that both of these doctors would be awesome choices, but I have to say this review is mainly for the Patient Care Coordinator, MaryAnna Bainbridge. She is absolutely OUT OF THIS WORLD! Upon meeting her she immediately put me at ease with her upbeat & genuine personality. She listened attentively to my needs and worked very hard to get me the best price possible! You can tell she is very passionate about what she does and I know 100% that if I decide to move forward with their office, I will be in great hands!

From the moment I contacted the office for a consultation I was treated like a member of the family. MaryAnna was absolutely fantastic both via email and in person. When I attended my consultation. I wasn't rushed or pushed into anything and I was given multiple options and explained the results each procedure would give me. Dr. Horowitz answered all my questions and questions I hadn't even thought of asking. Lauren and the front staff are all wonderful and every time I have gone into the office they always have remembered me.

The caring attitude stretches across every member of the team, be it in person, on the phone or via email. My results are absolutely fantastic! The best part is everything looks completely natural. If you had never seen me before you would never know I had undergone any work. There are lots of skilled surgeons out there to choose from, but Dr. Horowitz and his team take care and results to a different level. Looking good is important, but a huge part of that for me was also looking natural and having a Dr. that understood that. I have achieved both thanks to Dr. Horowitz.
