Initially I was interested in getting a tummy tuck. When I went in for a consult I was given pricing for cool sculpting instead. They told me that the doctor wouldn't even do a consult with me. For cool sculpting, I was told that each session would be discounted for a military discount and promotional pricing. I didn't feel quite right about having an entirely different procedure than what I have wanted for years but was assured that I could have my $8,000 refunded, minus the session cost I was quoted, if I wasn't happy with the first sessions results. Well. after one session (inner thigh area) I asked for a refund so that I could go for the tummy tuck that I had originally wanted.
They kept nearly $3,000 of my $8,000! They claim that one session of cool sculpting treatments totaled that much. Just an area the size of my palm on each inner thigh. nearly $3,000 for one session! There was no noticeable difference after 3 months of recovery and it was nowhere near the prices that I was quoted. It was even higher than the pre-discount prices that I was quoted!
The price I was quoted was $300 per attachment. I had 4 attachments for that one session. This should have been a cost of just $1200. I expressed how I was expecting more of a refund and I asked to speak to someone about the billing issues. They told me that they would have someone call me about it. I asked them to leave me a message if I did not answer as I cannot have my phone on at work.
That was over a month ago and NO ONE has called me back. In fact, I've tried to call about this and have just been told that I'll get a callback, again. Still nothing. This practice is a fraud. The way that they treated me was disgraceful. If this is how they treat me, a military widow, they will certainly do this to any one. Save yourself money and stress by finding a more reputable cosmetic surgeon. Stay away from this practice, especially if you're military!

I am 39 years old and have wanted a tummy tuck for years. I met with a few doctors for consultations and had a few friends recommend Dr. Jain. I felt very at ease with him and his staff. He addressed any and all questions and concerns that I had. I am currently about 5 months post surgery and LOVE my results. The sagging skin and deformation of my stomach where the muscles were split are gone! I highly recommend Dr. Jain if you are looking for a doctor that knows what he's doing!

The website gives you most of the information you need. Reviews, photos, information about Dr. Jain and his staff, as well as detailed descriptions of what everything is and the difference between things, such as, saline vs silicone implants and pros and cons of both. So, again, I had a baby recently so I just reached out to the schedule manager for information.
She responded promptly. Vicky is amazing. She wants you to have all the information and she leaves no questions unanswered! I had to wait 6 months after having a baby to even have the surgery at all. So I waited my time and finally scheduled a consult. The person who scheduled me and who I spoke to at the front, Raven, was so sweet, warm, and welcoming.
I got scheduled almost immediately! When I arrived, the clinic was clean, welcoming, and just relaxing. I felt vulnerable because i was coming to have my breast looked at and the entire staff made me feel at ease. During my consult, I was measured and the nurse told me what size range I could go based on my anatomy. This is important to me because i expected to have to go in and tell them what I wanted and that raises risks like going bigger than my skin would allow! Dr. Jain was extremely professional, polite, and personable.
I received my quote and it was an ALL INCLUSIVE QUOTE. There was NO surgery price, future appointment additional costs, etc. the number i got was the number that stuck and I am still covered under to this day with all of my follow ups. Once I got my quote I met with the scheduling manager, Vicky. Vicky is the sweetest and most tenacious person I've ever met.
I required a quick surgery because my husband was scheduled to be off of work the following week and that timeline would've worked best for me. So i called and Vicky did my pre surgery appt and everything scheduled and all taken care of that same day! Prior to the surgery, at the pre surgery appt, you receive prescriptions for the surgery. You get plenty of checklists, and details of everything you need to do to stay on track.
The day before I received my surgery time and had to be there around 7-8 am. When I arrived, Courtney was my nurse. You can tell she absolutely loves what she does. Of course, I'm nervous. I'm about to be put to sleep and cut open! She spoke to me like she knew me her entire life and i was just coming over to visit a friend. I had a room ready for me with socks and a cute little bag for my belongings.
I was not rushed, everything felt like just going with the flow. I stayed with Courtney the entire time but the anesthesiologist came in and met with me and asked a bunch of safety questions. I walked myself to the OR and everything was quick but not rushed. I remember laying down and the anesthesiologist standing next to me and next thing i know I woke up with Courtney in recovery!
Obviously my recovery is going to be different from others but I personally felt like the pain was managed extremely well and I didn't experience much pain. I felt sore, almost like how my breast felt while I was pregnant and getting my milk in. Take the medication you're prescribed! Don't lift when they tell you not to! Your implants will be high!
Mine were too. I will say. My size bra changed a lot! After the surgery, i wore a strap to help them go down and settle. Once i was released to wear a sports bra, I had to wear a 38C because i was so swollen and sore. I am now a month post partum and a 34DD. I love them. Everything i had in mind happened. I had been carrying what seemed to be the weight of the world on my shoulders for many years. I knew Immediately that I chose the best physician during my consultation. Dr. Jain agreed that he would be able to meet my needs and give me the results I needed to feel like myself again! I worked directly with his staff to get the pre operative tasks resolved quickly and before I knew it; I was scheduled for surgery!
The results of the breast augmentation surgery are amazing; the way I feel, the way my cloths fit, my shoulders do not hurt and the surgical results are perfect! I also want to mention that my scars are barely visible only after three months since surgery. Thank you, Dr. Jain and STAFF!

I had a breast augmentation back in May, which has been a long time dream of mine. Dr. Jain did an AMAZING job. From my initial consultation to operation day, Dr. Jain and his staff did a phenomenal job. All questions were answered, I was always treated respectfully, and appointments never felt rushed. Such an amazing experience, I would highly recommend this office.
