Jessica is very knowledgeable and friendly. Jessica have bed side manners and knows how to talk to her patients and go above and beyond to make sure that we understand what's exactly going on with us, mostly she acts like she care and doesn't rush you and listens. Good doctors are hard to come by that treats u right and with respect and just not a number. Would defiantly recommend her services to other people.

Dr. Cousin's is one of the most down to earth and caring doctor I have ever met. He takes his time to explain everything so you can understand him and he answers every single question I have. I truly wish all facilities would be like this! If there is anyway to get this message to Dr. Cousins please let him know his patients really appreciates all he does! The best Doctor award!

The doctor's and staff are great! They really make you feel comfortable, I will say the wait time was a little long but went something or a service is great everyone wants that service. I will say the waiting area is very comfortable and pleasant. My doctor had a very good bedside manner and was very knowledgeable about what was going on with me. Oh, I see a comment about "urine sample in a box" the samples are placed in a two-door metal box in the wall which keeps you from having to hand your sample to someone.
I don't know what "gross" is but if the person is referring to their urine sample being placed next to someone else's, oh well. The box was empty when I placed my sample in the box and was taken out soon after I placed it there. Stuff happens, I wouldn't let a little urine being placed next to my simple stop me from going to a fine care facility.

After showing up on time for my appointment, I waited almost 1 hours to be seen. I was asked for a urine sample, and when I went to place it in the box, 4 others samples were still in there with all their info on the bottles. It was gross, and to me a privacy issue. The stuff was nice, but not helpful. The doctor was nice, but the appointment lasted 10 mins. Also, they tried to bring in 3 students. That is a little uncomfortable when you are dropping your drawers.
