I use to come to this practice for 11 years. Sadly they have changed significantly. The new person Whitney has no compassion, no empathy and no care for you as a patient. You leave a message and they do not return your call. I use to love coming to this practice but I no longer like being treated in a rude disrespectful condescending tone the way I was treated by Whitney.

I love my Dr. I've been a patient on and off for over 13 years and Dr. Carr is the best for all my GYN needs. I even travel a bit farther to see him since he moved a while ago.

I love Dr. Carr. I found him over 20 years ago when I first moved to Raleigh. I hope he never retires. He is caring, concerned and funny. I knew I found the right Dr. When I was in for surgery and he showed up with a Looney Tunes surgical cap and mask! He's the best and I would highly recommend him.

Love this practice and Elisa and Cindy are nothing but accommodating! After 25 years with the same doctor, I finally found Dr. Carr and he is wonderful. He always has time to listen and is always so encouraging! The staff is fantastic! I have recommended this practice to all of my female friends looking for a doctor and staff who really listen.

I've been going to Dr. Carr since he was at Raleigh OBGYN 15 years ago. I followed him to his new practice when he opened this office and will follow him and Robin anywhere they go! THE BEST medical practice I've ever been to and I grew up in Raleigh my entire life!

Dr. Carr and Robin Donta are fabulous. Cannot say enough nice things about them. They're thorough and really do care about their patients. Nothing is rushed, everything is explained. I was in great hands from start to finish. All of the nurses and front desk staff are great as well. Always very welcoming and never have I ever felt uncomfortable or judged. If I ever move out of Raleigh I will definitely travel back just for my annuals etc.

UNPROFESSIONAL! The office manager Elisa should be fired. She is rude and very unprofessional. I contacted the office as a patient because I thought I had the flu. I never received a call back and instead of them apologizing they accused me of lying about leaving a message and told me that I could "find another doctor". I most certainly did and vow to NEVER go back to this office.

I would NOT recommend anyone go here. Save your hard earned money and your time and run for the hills! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. They have absolutely NO beside manner. Elisa was rude and kept talking over me. She never once tried to make me feel better as a patient. Unfortunately I have never had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Carr, but I he can thank Elisa for losing a patient with good insurance, and the potential to have become a lifetime patient. DO NOT CHOOSE CAROLINA WOMENS HEALT AS YOUR PROVIDER. YOU WILL BE SADLY DISAPPOINTED!

I had several health issues and went to several different doctors before trying this office. They diagnosed and treated the problems so many others had missed. I am forever in their debt. Both Dr. Carr and Robin Donta listen to my concerns and take their time with me. I never feel rushed. And I've never had any problems with the office staff.

I started going to this practice about a year ago because they had the ability to not only be a gyno, but also a general doctor for when I am sick or injured. i have nothing but good things to say about the folks here. All of the staff have been incredibly friendly and accommodating. I have never waited more than 15 minutes to see a doctor or the nurse.

When in front of the doctor, it's very personal and I feel like they are actually paying attention to me - not listening just to reply and get on to the next patient. They have been able to schedule me for the same day I call in some instances where I have needed to see a doctor quickly. They return my calls promptly and are always so kind. I highly recommend this place. Love them!

I was a patient of both Dr. Carr and Robin Donta for about three years, until I moved from Raleigh. I would still be a patient, if the distance were not so great. I found their care to be excellent, and they always made as much time for me as I needed. I never felt rushed from my exam room. I liked Carolina Women's Health so much that they were my Primary Care Provider.

I found the front desk staff to be helpful and friendly. I found the nursing staff to be very friendly. I rarely had to wait long for my appointments. Typically I got right in within a few minutes of my scheduled time. If I did have to wait longer than 15 minutes, I figured it was because someone else was getting the attention that they needed - meaning a topic came up during their appointment and they were not being rushed out of the exam room but were being provided with the same care and concern that I had received myself.

When this happened it also reminded me to be sure and provide the nurse or front desk staff a heads up when making my appointments that I had extra things I wanted to discuss and to ask for extra time. I would highly recommend Carolina Women's Health.
