Coastal Diagnostic Imaging

Coastal Diagnostic Imaging was the best experience I've ever had when it comes to Diagnostic Imaging appointments. Right when you walk in the door Georgette welcomed me in! All of the staff was wonderful! Thank you again to Katie and Heather for making this a great experience. No one really enjoys having to get Imaging done but when the staff make you feel this comfortable it really helps! Also being able to get my own results emailed securely and quickly was fantastic! I will definitely be coming back if needed. Thank you so much to the whole team!

The staff here are extremely personable and kind. The initial conversation over the phone regarding check-in was thorough and I was spoken to in a caring manner. The super trio of Amanda, Heather and Katie made the experience seamless. This was my first MRI experience and I was super nervous, but the staff put my mind at ease. With each interaction, they made an intentional effort to use my name, and interchanges ended with "you have a blessed day." This may seem trivial to others, but as a follower of Christ, I can assure you that I appreciated the words.

The procedure from start to finish was about 25 minutes, including the check in at the front. My experience was characterized by efficiency and attentiveness. I would definitely recommend this establishment to others!

The staff at Coastal Diagnostic Imaging were all very friendly and helpful, especially Alisha, Heather and Elena. They got me in and out quickly. I needed to have an MRI with dye injected for the images. I absolutely hate needles and have deep veins that hard to find. Heather and Elena worked well as team with one of them distracting me and the other got my vein on the first try! They made it a painless and easy process. Thank you ladies!

Elena, Heather and Gillian where great. My entire life it has always been difficult to get insert an IV because of my small rolling veins however, Gillian was able to insert an IV with no problem. Hats off to this entire team to include the front desk staff. They were professional kind and made my MRI appointment comfortable and pleasant. Thank you and Great Job Ladies!

I had an awesome experience at this facility. JoAnne and Miranda were superb in their duties. Both had a great sense of humor, were very professional, knowledgeable and Answered All of my questions. Miranda, my technician for the MRI, made me very comfortable, and took very good care of me during the scan of my neck area. Hats off to these two gals! Thanks again, for a job well done! Had a great experience with Coastal Diagnostic Imaging. The front desk staff was very warm and welcoming from appointment to checkout. I was assisted by Ms. Georgette. Her professionalism and customer service was greatly appreciated. I ADORE my image Tech Ms. Elaina. She made sure I was comfortable, came in and readjusted me when I was pain and I didn't even press the call button. Good to see an environment that has not lost touched with how to display true customer service.

Had a excellent experience at CDI. From The front desk to the time my daughters X-ray was complete. Julian made Ava feel comfortable about getting her first x-ray done. Will return for any further imaging. Thanks for all you do!

The staff was excellent, insuring that it was perfectly safe before my MRI due to some medical issues. Heather, Cindy and Eleha made my experience less stressful. Thank you for your excellence and professionalism.

I recently had to have surgery for 2 aneurysms, leaving me with clamps and other hardware. This made for more research to clear me for an MRI. This team, Heather and Elena worked very hard to gather all the required information to ensure my safety during the scan. The entire staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The administration staff was so very friendly!

I am thankful for such a good experience. They even made sure I had all the information needed for any other scans in the future and explained the dangers of an MRI without that information.

As many others have given their opinions, I will have to agree that you should avoid this"place of business" at all cost. Take a beautiful drive to Wilmington and get actual care. This facility only cares about money and it shows. My daughter who is barely 18 was called 2 hours before and informed she needed a very hefty sum up front. Typically I fully support these transactions, however to wait just 2 hours prior does not sit well.

The appointment was made 6 weeks prior therefore ample amount of time was allotted to inform her (let's be honest, me) of this upfront cost. We have never had this large of a bill at any location and now we have great care in Wilmington with the same insurance and no issues. Take your loved ones elsewhere. Take care and good luck to all.
