Women considering breast enhancement have personal reasons for choosing Breast Augmentation Surgery (augmentation mammoplasty). They may be unsatisfied with the size or shape of their breasts, preferring a larger cup size for aesthetic reasons, or they may wish to reclaim their shape following pregnancy, breastfeeding or weight loss.
For women whose breasts have lost their shape and firmness, excellent restorative results may be best accomplished through a breast lift surgery (mastopexy). A woman's body endures many changes throughout the course of her life depending on what she has experienced. Breasts are susceptible to the hormonal changes of puberty and pregnancy, weight gain and loss, and the normal pull of gravity as we age. These changes, combined with decreased skin elasticity, often cause the breasts to droop and lose their firmness and supple shape.
While not all women who lose one or both breasts to cancer or another condition feel the desire to have breast reconstructive surgery, many do. Every woman should decide what is right for her and not feel pressured to conform to anyone else's ideal or standard. The very real emotional component of cancer recovery and breast reconstruction must also be carefully considered. The "pre" visit was fine. They got All my paperwork done before my visit. My consultation started out good too! Very nice nurse, asked me some questions, told me what to do next. Then the doctor and a different nurse came in. The nurse didn't look at me, speak to me, introduce herself. I mean, I'm half naked here. Say something! The doctor got straight to work telling me what my problem was And that.he couldn't fix me. He was so short and curt with me that I felt like Quasimodo! Thenhe left. The nurse said, you don't have to check out, you can just leave. Wouldn't recommend them

Services are fine here, but employee/clinical manager Robin has embarrassed herself in public and reflected poorly on the company by ASSAULTING someone in broad daylight. Someone so aggressive and impulsive is definitely not a good look. I would not recommend this spa to anyone with such an erratic employee on your team.

Reading the reviews I was a little skeptical. With that, I still called and set up and appointment. They worked with me above and beyond to fit me in and get everything done in one day! I was beyond grateful! Moving forward, Natalie is absolutely amazing. Not only is her work beautiful, she is beyond friendly and personable. It is almost like having lunch with a girlfriend and then coming out beautiful.

So upset right now. I tried to reschedule a follow up appointment. Not even an actual appointment where they would lose money and I am being charged $50. I have spent a lot of money here and planned to always be a patient there but now I will never return. Life happens and things come up unexpectedly. I'm a mother and they should be more understanding of this. I could see if my appointment was going to lose them money but it was a follow up.

I hate that I can't remember her name but there was a blonde lady who did my lip injections. She was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She answered all my questions and made me feel extremely comfortable. She gave my 1 cc of juvederm and perfected my lips! I was so in love with them and her services and I will definitely be back

Dr. Church and all of the nurses and staff at Wilmington Plastic Surgery are WONDERFUL! From the consultation all the way to the last follow up appointment was an awesome experience. I could not have been more happy with the end results. 2 years later & and breast fed baby the "girls" still look AMAZING!
