Docs Who Care started in 1995 when physician, Gary Morsch, MD, learned of one of the biggest challenges facing rural hospitals - keeping their local healthcare providers from burnout. Many of the providers expressed a desire to be free of covering the ED on the weekends. Dr. Morsch understood the importance rural hospitals have on their communities.
