They are extremely unprofessional. They are never available when they say they will be, and they are rude, and seemingly uneducated. I have been giving them numerous chances for a year now, only because it is a huge pain to try to find a new doctor, and their service has progressively gotten worse. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.ever.

I just called to see if they were still opened knowing it is New Years Eve and the answering service was so Rude! She kept scoffing after I apologized for not hearing her say answering service and again when I asked if they would be open tomorrow. Customer service skills so RUDE!

Dr Hall is the world's greatest hand doctor. He gave me back the usage of both my hands. I won't go to any other doctor and this rating scale is not high enough for him. I highly recommend him!

Doctor Hall's attention to detail, care for patients and level of experience amazed me. I appreciate his humor and practical advice. Although I didn't need surgery, finding out he performed over 30,000 would make more than comfortable. Doctor Hall's staff also is to be commended for their flexibility in making appointments, friendliness and helpfulness. Many thanks to Dr. Hall and his office!

I've been going here for over 10 years. I love how I can easily make an appointment to get in, and can either see my primary doctor or one of the other doctors or a nurse practitioner on staff. I have had good experiences with everyone I've seen over the years. I am especially grateful for my primary care doctor, Dr Dempsey. He is a genuine and caring doctor, which I feel is hard to find.

I recommend this place to my friends and family all the time. I like the small hometown feel. I also like that there is a lab on site. If you're looking for a new doctor I recommend you give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Office manager is rude and makes her own rules. She states she wears 9 hats and has to do it All! She will not forward FMLA paperwork or short term disablbility until one week before surgery. She's had it a month. She charges $50 for each set of papers but won't give it until a week before. We wouldn't have had to.pay the 2nd $50 if FMLA certificate was available but she won't send the papers! Called me honey.

Even more unprofessional. When asked why she couldn't go ahead and send it since she claims its completed, we are told that we may cancel surgert?! Asked.what difference that makes, and she says that's HER policy. Just a.very hateful, unreasonable office. The first lady was the same way and they will not even try to help. Hopefully our employer will be able to process quicker.

I guess she is our customer instead of the way MOST offices function. Just to be clear, Doctor Rizzi and his nurse are good. This office is horrible and you'd think with her 5 year employment some one would correct the issue! Obviously from these reviews her attitude and lack of service is reflected throughout the office!

Was referred by the Leavenworth VA for an internal medicine appointment. To be clear, the 1 start is for their staff, NOT the doctors! My doctor was competent and helpful. Their staff was anything but. They do not ever seem to be on time when you have appointments and their billing department is more than useless! Many of my appointments are community care-referred by the VA and I have never had the issues I had with Encompass Medical Group.

They don't seem to understand how to send a bill or work with existing referrals. I have checked with my VA and confirmed the authorization but Encompass Medical doesn't contact them, they contact me! BEWARE of fraudulent charges and bills! Or get a lawyer before you go to your appointment!

I have been going here for over 5 years. I have never had a problem. They are busy but I never have to wait over 10 minutes ever. The ladies at the front desk and there busy answering phones and checking in patients and do a fantastic job at multitasking! My Dr and nurse the best to me! I also live 20 minutes away.

I love it here! Glad i found a place that isn't overwhelmed and rushed. Everyone is friendly and i see myself coming here for years to come. :

I had my lab work done for a routine physical and wanted to ask my doctors nurse a question. I was told I could not have a conversation with her until I made an appointment. Seriously? I have to go without my medication until I can get in to see my doctor. I will find a new doctor. I wonder if he knows his patients are being blocked and left to go without their medication.

Trying to make contact is horrible the website is not updated and most emails come back bad calling 8162460200 often does not work, shows out of business or no longer in service never has a message service. now the doctors are great the web site and contact are horrible someone needs to do something or we are going some place that answers

Well 20 minutes waiting for a reception to answer the phone should have been a good indication. Tried to make an appointment with Dr Glass, but told she is not taking new patients. I asked if there is any other doctors that will prescribe HRT, which she stated Dr Glass will take transgender patients, but requires a letter from a therapist. I transitioned 5 fives ago. There is no need for a letter from a therapist, the estrogen is to maintain the balance and for bone health. Very rude.do not waste your time with this clinic.

Encompass Med group, has a variety of great doctors and not so great doctors. I love my current PCP (Dr. Gruenbaum) at the Wornall office, and the reason I chose him is due to his wonderful care he gave me several times through urgent care. I also love his nurse, she is warm, inviting, and very pleasant. The front desk staff is so so, and rarely do they know what they are talking about.

I have been to this facility several times in the past and have been satisfied with there service. Today was not a good experience. My doctor's office told me this urgent care would be open on Sat. From 10:00am to 4:00pm. I called at 10:00am to make an appointment. I was told that the appointment desk was having trouble with their phones and I could just walk in.

They would be open until 4:00pm. I arrived at 1:35 to find that they had locked their doors at 1:30pm because they were going home at 2:00pm. Another patient also was there because she was sent there by her urgent care which was closing at 2:00pm. They told her this one was open until 4:00pm. We were left in the lurch, feeling bad and no place to go. It seems to me that an urgent care facility should be more available to its patients, and it should at least give us the right information as to when they are open.
