ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL! I LOVE DR. SCHWARTZ! His attention to detail is second to none! He is so HONEST. This was my 3rd breast implant. The 1st 2 implants were done by 2 other Dr's. I'm only 3 weeks out from my facelift and I truly couldn't be happier! Dr. Schwartz did such an amazing job - I had NO pain, very minimal swelling, almost no bruising at all (only a small amount on my neck), and my incisions are nearly invisible! I already feel like my younger, confident self again, which is incredible given how little time it's been since my surgery. I know that I'm only going to keep looking better as the swelling subsides! The recovery was much easier than I had imagined it to be, thanks to the technique Dr. Schwartz used (there was very little down time and very little pain, if any). Dr. Schwartz prescribed me SAFE pain management meds (no opiates) and they work really well. I'm able to get up and walk around a little, but rest is the first priority. About 4 days from now, Dr. Schwartz will remove the surgical dressing and I will get to see my new self!

I got my lips done for the first time ever here and they did an awesome job! Everyone was so nice, made me feel comfortable, and made sure not to inject more than I wanted. I got about 1 syringe of Volbella and i love my lips so far! They even followed up to see how I was doing which was more than I've experienced with any other procedures I've had done elsewhere. If you want a great surgeon, Dr. Schwartz might be your man, but I wouldn't know because he didn't do my surgery. If you want a surgeon with INTEGRITY, Dr. Schwartz is NOT your man. Before even discussing scheduling surgery, I put down a deposit of $3,000. When I decided not to move forward (again, nothing had been even remotely scheduled), he agreed to return only half of my deposit ($1,500) and refused to return the entire amount.

I ended up taking him to court for the remaining $1,500 and court costs ($142) and the judge ruled in my favor. ONLY because I took him to COURT did Dr. Schwartz finally return the remaining $1,500 but not the court costs of $142, even thought the judge ruled for the settlement to include court costs! No bueno in my book. I dodged a bullet here and will be going elsewhere for all my future cosmetic surgery needs.

Dr. Schwartz and his staff are absolutely amazing. I researched almost every plastic surgeon in Dallas and decided to go with Dr. Schwartz based on his expertise and the amazing pictures of all of his patients. The entire process was wonderful and smooth! I had a breast augmentation and was one of those annoying patients that asked 10,000 questions and they were so helpful and considerate through the entire process.

I saw Dr Schwartz yesterday for my very first in person plastics consult for a potential mommy makeover. I absolutely love RS Plastic Surgery and their team. Im in love with the beautiful white treatment rooms. I came in having trouble with my skin and was a little frustrated on what to do to fix the problem, I got recommended the SkinPen Microneedling treatment which I have never done before. I came in for the appointment and the RSPlasticSurgery team made me feel incredibly comfortable during the treatment and the following week/weeks my skin literally had so much of a difference. The texture, scarring and mild acne/blackheads had all diminished. I plan to keep going to SkinPen sessions continuously for more sessions!

First of all I am a man 65 years old that had lost 90 pounds in the last two years. Because of that I needed a tummy tuck to get rid of the excess skin. I've searched many doctors qualifications over the last year and decided to talk to Dr. Schwartz due to his qualifications.
