Made an appointment for a month out, earliest I could get. They call back 3 weeks out stating the doctor would be unavailable and rescheduled for an additional 2 weeks. Then called back again 1 week before appointment again stating the doctor would be unavailable and wanted to move it out an additional 3 weeks. Once is acceptable twice and months from my original call is unacceptable. Do not give them your business.

I was referred to Dr. Devereaux after seeing multiple doctors and having many tests completed. Dr Devereaux clearly took the time to read and understand everything going on with me and was able to give me a final assessment of the real problem. Dr Devereaux was kind. professional and showed concern. I am so happy I was referred to him. Maggie Bienkowski

Overall process of 1st time appt was very efficient. Staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Devereaux was personable and professional, deliberating concisely yet clearly, providing helpful insight and advice for my chief complaint and informing me of the plan of care moving forward. They even took me in earlier than my appt time, so I spent hardly any time in the waiting room. As grotesque as GI problems can be, I'd recommend this place to take care of you and your poo (or whatever the issue is).

I visited the Center For Endoscopy today and the overall experience was good! I had Dr Shad and he is AMAZING. I really felt that I could completely honest with him. He's also extremely friendly, understanding. The female anesthesiologist and one of the female nurses that took care of me were great! My only complaint is that one of the male nurses who did my IV had a kind of bad attitude and was really unpleasant at time. Overall I'm going to give it a 5 star rating because the overall experience was comfortable, and safe!

Given wrong information was told only a small ulcer which I've had since age 13 I know of. Turns out I had two pre cancers one in my stomach and one in my colon. Good thing my New NY dr said I should see their GI because he called me back same day I saw him when he got my records worried and he'll im worried now too. Do not trust this place! Seriously you could've killed me! A year after my procedure I'm still having the same issues which I was lead to believe was nothing by these drs. Not happy with them at all.

Pillow had someone else's hair on it and gown had bloody tape stuck on it. Nurse gave me completely incorrect information prior to colonoscopy. Was told I would be under general anesthesia and they would fill my abdomen with air so I may be bloated and uncomfortable when I woke up. The day of procedure I was told no I would be awake and they had no idea why I was told that and why I was told there would be air pumped into my abdomen. Dr. performing colonoscopy was not who I saw for the consult. Was already on the table with procedure about to start when he asks me So what's your complaint? Huh?
You don't know why I'm here? Who are you anyway? Ugh. Whole experience was awful. Follow up appt nurse told me they found nothing wrong and I should take fiber pills. Come to found out months later I needed surgery for diastisis recti to get rid of my abdominal pain. Obv something fiber pills would not help with!

Doctor Sarah was very kind and respectful in my intial appointment. The assistants and techs were prompt and did not make me wait much. I was referred for a colonoscopy. The procedure went well, and I also had very little wait upon arrival and they completed earlier than expected. I appreaciate the professionalism. I was expecting an awkward procedure, but it was not awkward.
I was put under amnesia within minutes of entering the procedure area, and left the facility within minutes of waking up. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism. Thank you.
